How is it going? It is a warm morning here in Tucson. I just completed my To Do List except for filling up the Fiat500L Trekking. I will get that done soon. Alexa is on my case to get it done.
Elise is at the gym and I checked my suitcase to make sure I have all need for our stay-cation in Phoenix. We will be hitting the road at around noon or so.
Here is a bit more about out trip to Oakland and San Francisco. Enjoy!
July 20
We got up and headed for the airport at 9:00am. We had a nice breakfast and we enjoyed a Bloody Mary while we waited for our flight.
We left Tucson at 11:15am making our way to Salt Lake City to catch our connecting flight. The flight was very good. We arrived in Salt Lake City at around 4:00pm. We contacted Sheila and she picked us up.
Sheila drove us to Patrick's house where she staying. Patrick is Sheila's son. It is a very charming two bedroom home that was built in the 20's. Sheila gave us a tour of the house and we met Paco the killer pug. Smile!

After we rested up a bit and got settled Sheila took us Quinn's for dinner. We had a few gin and tonics, clam chowder, fish and chips. It was all good! After dinner we took the Lyft back to because we didn't want to drink and drive with the crazy Cali drivers.

We got back to the house and we enjoyed a few more gin and tonics before we called it game over. A very nice day in Oakland. Patrick is in Cuba on vacation. Wow!
