How are you? Are you being rained on like we are? It is a light but steady rain and that is good. 

I am caring for Chris tonight and Elise is in the main house watching the news and she is on her Mac. She prepared French Toast for dinner with sausages, eggs and plenty of coffee.  My appetite is not good tonight. We watched "Offspring"  with Chris on Netflix.

It has been a long day and I am tired. Chris is relaxed and enjoying his TV and downing his supplement. I am hoping to sleep well tonight if I can.

I have a early morning doctors appointment at 8:00am. Here is my latest rock creation. Enjoy!

Buon Martedi!  Taco Tuesday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise popped up along with me this morning to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Butter Toffee Blend a as second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a sticky morning here in Tucson. We got about 10 drops of rain yesterday. Hopefully that will improve today.

Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today.

Chris the IRobot will be coming out of his cradle this morning to clean the main house carpet.  My shorty and I will be getting back to our rocks today if we can. 

We are heading for Bisbee on Thursday for a overnight to see our niece Athena. We will be staying at the Schoolhouse Bed and Breakfast. I am not that overjoyed about the trip but I can use the rest at the Schoolhouse.

How are you doing? I am way better than I am right now. I just returned from my doctors appointment and I am fine.

The problem is that the caregiver was a no-show. Can you believe that? Elise called the agency and they said that the caregiver is afraid of Buttercup. Bogus! She also said that we asked her to suction Chris? Bogus! Chris doesn't have a need for that and if he did I would take care of it. She should have told us when we met her that she had problems with Chris's care. I believe what turned her away is that she is not vaccinated and refuses due to religious reasons.  Also we asked her to stay masked during her shift at all times. Also we asked her to get a Covid test weekly since she will not get vaccinated.

You have no idea at how pissed off I am today. Unbelievable! Todays work ethic has just disappeared totally. With Chris you have to work and not sit all of the time. I told Elise that I am considering to quit totally and just retire, but that is not me because I never quit. That would mean that Chris would go into a facility and I promised that would not take place. There I had to vent and I really don't feel any better. This agency wants me to let them hire me to care for Chris. I don't like the way this agency works and we are being told that this agency has a good reputation. I don't agree at all with that.

That is where things stand right now. Not good at all from my standpoint.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to assist with the training of the new caregiver. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't any tasks to complete today. I do have a routine doctors appointment this morning.

What's up? We just got back from having a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection" and it was packed. 

Elise is now caring for Chris and I am about to start my normal Domenica tasks. Hey the forecast says that we have more rain on the way for the next couple of days.

Today is going to be a relaxed day hopefully so we can be ready for what next week brings for us. We hope that your day is going your way so far? I am going to play around with pictures today. I love doing that for my  girlfriends.

Buon Domenica! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am getting Chris settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be swimming her way over to Chris's house soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Donut Shop Regular Blend and a second cup will be downed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is a nice morning here in the valley of Tucson. Hey how about that drain last night? Wow! I was out in it because I left the "Green Ladies" windows cracked open. So I had to dash out to save her. Problem was that all of the umbrellas were in the cars. So I donned a bag and put it over my head as I ran out. Elise and Chris were at the front cracking up because they thought it was hilarious. I got soaked big time! The rained flooded many streets to include right out in front of our house. If there were fish in that lake I could have gone fishing. Are backyard turned into a lake as well. Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have my usual Domenica tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Funk Jazz for me today. I am feeling a bit somber and nostalgic today, due to today is my Mom's birthday.  My brother Herman I miss her dearly, but we know that she is watching over us and guiding our every step. Love and miss you Mom!

Hey Chefs Day was delicious. We enjoyed "Chinese Pepper Steak" over Jasmine Rice. My Sous Chef choose "Jack Daniels" as the libation to go with the meal. Great choice indeed. We loaded up Sister Jayne with a plate as well and she was as stuffed as we were. I had planned on having "Cherry Amaretto" ice cream for dessert but we just could not do it. Here are a few pics of that meal. It should make you very hungry too!

How are you doing? We are good here but I am so far behind. Just too many things going on today. Chefs Day has begun but it is about two hours late. I have been caring for Chris and running around trying to play catch up.

Buon Sabato! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30m caring for Chris. Elise popped up before I did this morning like a frog hopping to a new lily pad, smile! Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Breakfast Blend and a second cup will be downed later this morning. It is a sticky morning here in the valley of Tucson. We got plenty of clouds with a great lightening show last night but no rain. Maybe today?

I am caring for Chris today up until this evening when sister Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is "Chefs Day". That means my Sous Chef and I will be tossing around pots and pans in the (cucina) today. I asked Alexa to play some music to cook by. 

We will be preparing "Chinese Pepper Steak" over Jasmine rice. My Sous Chef will select which libation to go along with the meal. We may even have some "Cherry Amaretto" ice cream for dessert. WooHoo!

My playmate and I are still working on new rocks. We may complete them today. I have to make a trip to the grocery store to pick up items that I need for tonight's dinner.

My shorty and I went to the "Loft" yesterday to see the movie "Coda" and it was excellent. I want to thank my girlfriend "Shoo Shoo" for suggesting it. Later in the evening we picked up "Edwina" from the Forum. We enjoyed a very good dinner at "Pastiche". Edwina and mio moglie enjoyed the Bistro portion Salmon. I enjoyed the "Cajun Voodoo Pasta" one of my favorites there. Of course we shared a nice bottle of vino rosso with our meal. For dessert we enjoyed Spumoni and a decadent chocolate cookie. After dinner we made our way over to the "Invisible Theater" to see the live play "Gloria". It was our second time seeing it but it was revised from then to now. It was excellent and it got a well deserved standing ovation. Edwina thank you for a great evening of good food, libation, dessert, fun and the sharing of your grace.

Today will be less as busy and that is a good thing. My (fidanzata) was on my case reminding me to get less busy. I asked Alexa to play some Smooth Jazz for me today.

My shorty and I went to the movies to see "Free Guy" and it was hilarious. We are going to the "Loft" this afternoon to see the movie "Cosa". This movie was suggested by my girlfriend Shoo Shoo.

We are going to have dinner this evening at 'Pastiche" with Edwina. We were going to be joined by Shoo Shoo as well, but something came up. After dinner we will be making our way to the "Invisible Theatre" to see the play "Gloria". It is going to be a good one.

We enjoyed a very nice evening on 25 August at the home of my girlfriend Shoo Shoo. It was a night of good food, libation and Rumikube.  Of course the secret weapon appeared to work it's magic and it did. Here are a few pics.

Has your day ended well? Hope so. I just completed my dinner that my shorty brought me back from Lodge On The Desert

I am about to explode. That burger and fries was delicious. I am caring for Chris tonight and he is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip.

My day tomorrow is going to be super busy. I will be all over the place. On the airbase, on the northside at Eyeglass World, PCOA and doing some shopping at Fry's for Saturday's Chef Day. Also we will be at Shoo Shoo's home to play Rumikub. I believe it is time to put the secret weapon in the fridge to chill, eh?

How are you doing so far on this Taco Tuesday? We are good here so far. No mishaps or problems. 

Chris is doing great today. He is now in the main house with Elise watching TV. I just got back from picking up Sister Jayne who was out looking for shoes for her sister Mary back in Kenya.

I also dropped of a rock that Elise created for Papa John. I still have a few more things to get done today to include working on a new rock. One of the rocks in the hood have been picked up by someone walking in the hood.

I stopped by East Lawn Cemetery earlier this morning. I visited (Wes) Chris's dad and I asked if I am still doing OK looking after Elise and Chris. While I was I asked my parents if they approve with the way my life has turned out. I told them that I am going through a period of unhappiness. They always answer me. I also stopped at the (Faicks) site as well. I cared for this couple many years ago. The Faick Family made me a member of the when the parents passed. I will never forget that.

How was your day? It has been a very busy one with a lot of confusion, but it sorted itself out for the most part.

I am caring for Chris tonight and my playmate is in the main house watching the news.

Chris is resting watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip. He is in a zone from his massage. Earlier my shorty prepared homemade waffles for dinner with sausages and eggs. We got it all down with some Rainforest Blend coffee. We watched "Offspring" on Netflix with Chris. It is a very good series.

The new caregiver arrived today and her name is Precious. She was here for a meet and greet and Chris was all set for that. She is a looker and Chris eyebrows were raised to the ceiling. He had that come here look about him, smile! Elise and I went over a few things with her and it seems like she will be capable of caring for Chris. We do have one concern and that she has not been vaccinated for Covid. Her reasoning not to get it is for religious beliefs. We told her that she will have to wear a face mask throughout her shift with Chris. She may have to get a Covid test weekly. She will return on Monday tor start her training.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me. I will  be making a visit to the Evergreen Cemetery to visit Chris's dad's site and while I am there I will chat with my parents. I also have to visit the doctors office for a routine test for myself. I will also complete one of my online classes as well.

I look forward to hitting the sheets tonight. It has been a very confusing day that has me at ends at human nature. Well I had better check on Chris. Have a good night and sleep well so you can be ready for Taco Tuesday.

Hey I have been so busy that "Chefs Day" took a vacay, but not to worry it will be  donning our Chefs Hats once again on Saturday. WooHoo!

The new caregiver is supposed to be here this morning for a meet and greet with Chris. We will see how it goes. If all goes well I will have her to start next Monday.

Chris will be receiving a massage today from Rosemarie and he is all set for that. He has a a huge smile on his face. Flirty guy!

How are you doing? We are good. We just got back from having breakfast at the "Egg Connection" and the food was good as always. It was packed this morning and that is good. We payed it forward for a couple with two kids this morning. We always leave so they  would not have any idea who paid for them. I have to tell you it is a good feeling to do that now and again.

Elise is caring for Chris and I will be restocking his supplies for next week. I also have some yardwork to complete behind Chris's house as well. I will be completing one of three continuing medical classes online today. Am I looking forward to that? NOT!

We had a fantastic evening at the "Wizard Fest" with my (fidanzata) and Capo Jim.  We dined on pizza, vino, margaritas and for dessert we enjoyed "Cherry Amaretto Ice Cream, with Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. It was all good.

The "Wizard Fest" started out great with me in the lead up until the very last hand. Yes, my (fidanzata) give me a spanking just like she said she would. I have to give her (props) for that but it was just luck. The second game was won by Capo Jim who is now the new Wizard. I came in dead last this round because my (Ifidanzata) was giving those can't resist  me winks and she caught me off guard. She knows how to work it and I do like it when my girlfriends do that, smile! Big Smile! Here are a few pics. Enjoy!

We were told that she has experience, we will see, eh? The previous caregiver was fired by the agency. Fingers crossed! I will see if Sister Jayne can do the training on Tuesday.

Sister Jayne will be this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have to get things set up for tonight's "Wizard"Fest. I haven't said that in awhile eh? We will be joined by my (fidanzata) and Capo Jim. It is going to be an evening of fun, food, libations and victory for me. Ya Mon'. I asked Alexa to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today to aid in my win tonight.

My playmate and I enjoyed Happy Hour at "La Parillia Suiza" last night. We enjoyed it a little to well with three margaritas each, but it was so good. Afterwards we made our way over to "Live Theater Workshop" to see the live play "The Standby Lear" and it was very good with the spin on play that tears at the husband and wife's actual life.

Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be another busy one. i have to go by my office to complete some paperwork, and I have to go on the airbase as well. Later I will be taking Sister Jayne to a routine doctor's appointment. I asked Alexa to play some "Funk Jazz" for me today.

On the 18th of August  we dined at the "Outback" for dinner. We were joined by Sharon Kha. It is always a pleasure to spend time with her. We enjoyed a good dinner, vino and "Walla B Darns". Thanks Sharon for a great evening of fun.

We enjoyed a very nice lunch and birthday celebration at "Locale" with Paula, Marty, and Shoo Shoo. It was good to see the world travelers Marty and Paula. The food was excellent and when a took a bite of of my "Crispy Polenta" I was taken back to when I lived in Italy. Thank you Paula and Marty for a good afternoon that was much needed.
