The coffee is a good Dark Royal Brew, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a clear morning here in Tucson, but windy. The wind chimes are ringing away.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is "Chefs Day". I asked her to play some "Music to Cook By".

My playmate and I are looking forward to going to the pistol range this afternoon. I will post our targets to the blog as soon as I can.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a good Humper and I will chat at you later.

How was your day? It has been a fair day here in the "Garden District.

The morning started of really well, up until when I was going to take a power nap. As I had made my way to my nap the caregiver came over with a question about body wash. So, my power nap was cancelled.

I completed my rock and here it is. It was really well liked on Facebook.

The caregiver brought Chris over when her shift was done. Chris's left armrest was totally all the way down. You cannot help but notice that. His drainage bag was twisted as well. I corrected the issues, and I told Elise about them.

My shorty prepared homemade "French Toast", sausages, and eggs for dinner. We got it all down with coffee. We watched "Midsomer Murders" on DVD with Chris. We are hooked on these British programs.

I am caring for Chris tonight. We brought Chris over to get him settled in his bed and we noticed another issue that the morning caregiver should have taken care of. He had an accident in his chair and his chair had to be sanitized, his Roho seat was soaked, his Hoyer sling was soaked as well.  So, Elise and I cleaned Chris up. I had to change his catheter because it was leaking, and I replaced his drainage bag as well.  His electric shaver was not put back on the charger, so I took care of that as well since the caregiver cannot use a regular razor to shave him. Will this ever end with her.

Chris is enjoying being cleaned up. He is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. I will give him some pudding for dessert. Elise is in the main house watching the news.

Tomorrow is "Chefs Day", and I will prepare "American Goulash" for dinner. Looking forward to it. We are going to the pistol range tomorrow afternoon to shoot some targets. After target practice will hit up a movie.

Well, I had better check on Chris. Have a good night and sleep well so you can be ready for "Hump Day".

Jackie the caregiver will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to complete around the house today. I asked her to play some "Blues" for me today.

My playmate and I are still working on new rocks. I will complete mine today.

Well, I had better check on Chris. Have a good Taco Tuesday and I will chat at you later. Hey, tomorrow is Chefs Day, Woohoo! Tomorrow my shorty and I will hit up the pistol range again.

How was your day? It has been a fair one today. This afternoon I started not to feel too well. So, I hit the sheets to rest. I am still very tired, and I don't have much energy. Not to worry it will pass for sure.

Chris and Elise enjoyed their massage from Rosemarie. Chris really does like her.

I worked on a new rock for a little bit today. Hopefully, I will be able to complete it tomorrow.

The caregiver had an issue today. She didn't have Chris positioned in his char correctly and she didn't have his left leg rest secured.

My playmate prepared corn on the cob for dinner, with mashed potatoes, and baby carrots. My appetite is not good, but I took a few good bites. We watched "Midsummer Murders" on DVD. It is a very good English series. Chris was really into it today.

I am caring for Chris tonight and my shorty is in the main house watching to news. Chris is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. I am going to give him some mashed potatoes as well.

I did complete my elective class on "Dementia". I got 100% on the examination and I received my certificate.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris and get Azayla fed. Have a good night so you can be ready for "Taco Tuesday".

Jackie the caregiver will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few errands to complete today. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today.

Chris and Elise will be getting a massage from Rosemarie today. Chris is all set for it, smile!

My shorty and I will be starting new rocks soon. I will be dropping in Walgreen's today to get some photos printed of the Murder Mystery Dinner. I will also complete my elective class on (Dementia) today as well.

Well, I had better get to it. Have a good Lunedi and I will chat at you later. Stay safe.

How are you doing so far on this sunny Domenica? We just got back from enjoying a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection".

Elise is caring for Chris and soon I will be completing my usual Domenica tasks.

I am caring for Chris this today up until 4:30pm when Sister Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that we are going to be very busy today. We have errands to run for this evening's "Murder Mystery Dinner". We also have to make last minute checks to make sure all goes well for our guests. I asked Alexa to play some "Fusion Jazz" for me today.

I am caring for Chris this morning up until 11:00am when Sister Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one. We will be setting up for tomorrows "Murder Mystery Dinner" that we are hosting. I asked Alexa to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

My playmate and I will resume working on rocks on Sunday.

We saw the movie "Bodies, Bodies, Bodies" yesterday and it was pretty good. We saw it at the "Loft".

No coffee this morning because I have some lab work to get done. It is a clear morning here in Tucson. We got pounded last night with rain. The streets turned into a raging river, our storage shed took on water, the backyard turned into a lake. It was a real desert soaker. My flip flops kept coming off and I lost one in the fast-running water. My fidanzata was nowhere to be found.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be super busy for us. I asked her to play some "Funk Jazz" for me today.

I will have my first cup of coffee this morning at "Gus Balones" after my lab work. We will enjoy a good breakfast as well.

My shorty and I are working on new rocks. Hey, yesterdays "Chef Day" was delicious. Here is what was served up. You know you want a plate, right?

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks for today. I asked here to play some "Blues" for me today.

My playmate and I will be starting new rocks soon. We are running out of paint, so we may have to take a trip to ACE Hardware soon.

We are going to hit up a movie this afternoon. Today is "Chefs Day". My Sous Chef and I will be preparing "Grilled Pork Chops", Jasmine Rice", and Sweet Peas. It is going to be very good, smile.

How are you doing? We are about to be stormed on here in the valley of Tucson. We have wind, lightening, thunderboomers and no rain as of yet. Plenty of dark ominous clouds are about as well.

My day started off great, but it took a turn this afternoon at around 1:00pm. I mean it really ruined my perfect day.

The caregiver was late bringing Chris over, so I checked things out on the monitor. She was having a problem with a catheter exchange. So, I figured with her 27 years' experience that she could handle the issue. Well, I was totally wrong. She went through 3 catheters, 3 pairs of underwear, 3 pairs of shorts and 1 tee shirt. Chris had to be put back into in bed by her because his catheter came off while she was transferring him to his chair without checking the status of the catheter. His wheelchair was soaked, his Roku seat was soaked, he was soaked, the living room floor was soaked, his bedroom floor was soaked, his bed linen was soaked as well. So, I decided to see what the problem was because she had changed his catheter before. She got frustrated and she called her office for help. The office called Elise to let her know what was going on. Elise told them that she has changed the catheter before. They asked if we could go over and help her. I hate to think what would happen if we were not at home. I went over and asked her what the problem was, and she said that she forgot how to do it. I told her that she could leave and that I would take care of it. She insisted on staying to show me what she had done. I stopped her in the middle of it and I told her what she did wrong, and I told her to leave and that I would finish it. Elise came over to help me get Chris cleaned up, redressed, and we got him into his chair. We started the laundry, sanitized his Roku Seat, sanitized his APP pad and we changed his linen. Chris was glad to be up in his chair and making his way into the main house. Today those 27 years of experience was on a vacation. Not good at all. It has been a (SNAFU), indeed. Chris has to be monitored often and if you don't you will have some issue. She must think that Chris doesn't move around while he is his bed or chair. Chris needs to be checked on constantly. We kept our cool today but if this happens again, I will have to exercise my over 30 years of experience. I don't like to micro-manage but I will, if need be, and it will not be pretty. What an afternoon right? Too bad I didn't have a 6 or more Cerveza's in the fridge.

I am caring for Chris tonight. Elise is in the main house watching the news. Chris is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip and some avocado.

Sleep well and I will chat at you tomorrow. It Chefs Day and Hump Day.

How is your Taco Tuesday going so far? I have to tell you that I could use a taco or three about now. Smile!

I completed my medical class and that is a good thing, but I have selected an elective class on "Dementia".

Well, the "Green Lady" is smiling. I took her to the car wash, and she thanked me with a wink.

I am listening to some "Smooth Jazz" provided by Alexa and Pandora. I am going to select a rock so I can get started with a new creation.

Tomorrow is "Chefs Day". My Sous Chef will be helping me to prepare some Grilled Pork Chops, Jasmine Rice, and some sweet peas. My Sous Chef will select an appropriate libation to accompany the meal.

We are preparing for a Murder Mystery Dinner that we are hosting on Saturday at 5:00pm. We really do like Murder Mysteries. Looking forward to seeing all of the players in their costumes and we know that an attitude will come along as well. The dinner, snacks, dessert, and libations are looking good. I do hope that I am not the murderer, eh?

Well, I had better see what is available for me to snack on because I am getting hangry, smile!

What is up? How are you doing?  As you can see, we are back from our overnight at Casino Del Sol. We had a very nice time thanks to our Casino Host Victoria.

She set up this VIP visit for us very nicely. She set up VIP parking, and she made sure that we had a (Sky) room on the 9th floor. I went to the VIP Wine Bottle Event while Elise played Keno Slots. Well, I chose a wine bottle and on the bottom of the bottle was a sticker for $250.00 in free play. Woo-hoo! I rushed back to tell Elise. I texted Victoria and she texted a Woo-hoo!
