  Buon Venerdi! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and on the move soon. Any plans for today?

 Hey, we got rained on last night and that is always a good thing for us desert dwellers. I am enjoying a nice hot chocolate this morning and it is very good  I may have another a bit later. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris and Marv will be here this evening.

 Hey how about those Arizona Wildcats? The won a good game last night. Alexa, is awake and reminding me to check Do Drop Inn room #2 this morning. Sheila and Dave will be visiting us this evening. We are going to enjoy a few Gin and Tonics for sure. We are going to Happy Hour at "La Parrilla Suiza" and after that we are going to the 'Live Theater Workshop" to see "Snoppy". It is going to be a evening of laughs, good food and plenty of libations. Smile!

  Buon Giovedi! How are you doing? I started the day off several times during the night and I am very tired this morning. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will making an appearance soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee just finished brewing and I sure that several cups will be downed this morning. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris.

   We met up with the crew last night at "Club 21" for dinner instead of " Izumi Sushi. My playmate and I were seated at "Izumi" waiting on the rest of the crew to arrive. We ordered a couple glasses of Merlot and some appetizers to tide us over while we waited. We received a phone call saying that the venue had been changed and we were not notified. We apologized to the waiter at "Izumi" and we made our way over to "Club 21". The food was good and so was the margaritas. It turned out to be a fun evening as always. Great evening with the crew.

   The reason that I am so sleepy this morning and the early morning start is due to something I ate at "Club 21" did not agree with me. I was playing Skip, Skip To My Loo starting at 1:00am and it is on going. No fun at all.

   Alexa, is awake and she is barking out orders for me. I told her to get off of my case this morning and she shut up, smile! Chris will have his new bed delivered sometime today. Hopefully it will be this morning. My shorty wants to hit up a movie today.

   My sister Marcie assisted me in placing an order for a Christmas gift that I liked very much. I tried to place the order but I don't use PayPal so she took care of it for me. I shot her a check for the order by snail mail. Thanks Sis!

What is going on around your way? It is warming up here in the Old Pueblo. I am just about finished with my To Do List for today. I have one more thing to do and I will get that done shortly.

 I am going to hit up the Jacuzzi today so I can clean it up and sanitize it. Have to keep it in tip top shape for when I get the urge to take a dip. Ya, ya! Maybe I can get Sister Jayne to help me with it in a bit.

My shorty is at her writing group right now. She picked up some pralines and cream for before she left for her writing group. I am addicted to it for sure.

Hey have you got those Christmas decorations up yet? We will in a day or two. Alexa, is playing some smooth jazz for me right now and I am getting my groove thang on.

  Alexa, is alive and well and she is reminding me that I have a few tasks to take care of this morning off of my To Do List. I am looking forward to some Down Home Blues being played later today.

  The roofer is not coming today due to we have rain in the forecast for the valley of Tucson. So he will be here next week on Monday.

  Hey, I am still full from the dinner that my shorty got for me last night. It was a very good (gyro) plate and I got it all down with a ice cold (Modelo Negra). Wow, it was so good. So good that I slept very well last night. Grazie mio moglie!

 We are meeting up with the crew for dinner this evening at Izumi Sushi, Seafood and Bar. It will be a good evening of fun and laughs.

Hey, how was your day? Well mine was very, very busy but I got all of my tasks completed. I took Sister Jayne to pick up her meds and we stopped and picked up some fresh fish. I got a Catfish and I had it filleted and Jayne got a nice Tilapia. I have to remember this place because they have all kinds of seafood. Big thumbs up to Sister Jayne.

Later I got up on the roof of the family room and I put on a second coat of elastic covering. It looks good but it wore me out going up and down the ladder and constantly bending over. Am I sore? You better know it.

My playmate is at her book club meeting at "Athens On Fourth". I will be ready for my (gyro) plate and I will enjoy a nice ice cold Modelo Negra.Ya, ya! Chris is relaxing and watching Mash on TV.

I turned on the Jacuzzi earlier this afternoon because I knew that I would need to dive in it after all of the roof work. I got in and the water was a nice 104 degrees and I just melted in there. I watched the Jacuzzi lights float around too. One of them is out so I will have to get another tomorrow without fail. I will also clean and sanitize the Jacuzzi in a day or two.

The roofers will be here tomorrow to start replacing Chris roof with a new metal one. Expensive yes but it should last forever. Smile! Tomorrow is usually are movie day so we shall see what is playing.

Hey Chris was in heaven this evening because he was visited by Shoo Shoo his girlfriend and one of mine. He goes into a zone when he sees Shoo Shoo and when that happens Shoo gives me a hug and proceeds to Chris. He was also visited by Deb and she gave Chris a nice hello and tongue wag. Deb also gave me a hug as well. Hey, Chris and I have it like that, eh? Not to worry Elise was here and I have to post this so that my (fidanzata) is in the loop. Can't mess that up don't you know? All of my girlfriends know each other and that is a good thing. Ya Mon'.

 I am enjoying some hot chocolate this morning and it is very good. I will enjoy some coffee later this morning. It is a cold morning here in Tucson but it will heat up soon. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris.

Alexa, is quiet but she will having a chat with me soon. Yes, it is going to be a very busy day for me. I have a ton of tasks to take care of. Hopefully I will get them all done so Alexa can play some Boney for me. Yes, I am in a Boney mood today.

 I uploaded the pictures from our Thanksgiving in Buena Park, California and I will start to review and post them as soon as I can. My playmate is meeting up with her book club this evening at "Athens On Fourth". I am sure that she will bring me back a (gyro) platter for dinner.

We will be loading up the Green Lady soon and making our way to the airport heading for Buena Park, California for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will return on Sunday. Sister Jayne will be the primary caregiver while we are away.

  The coffee just finished brewing and it is a nice Veranda Blend. It is very good and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris.

  I am feeling a little bit better this morning. I got almost 9 hours of sleep last night. Alexa, has reminded me that today is going to be a very busy day for me. To include making a trip out to the airbase. I also will be up on the roof of the main house doing some coating work.

  I will be taking Sister Jayne grocery shopping as well today so she can have all that she needs for her stay with Chris while we are in California. My suitcase is empty due to we haven't decided what to pack for this trip. I don't like to wait until the last minute to do things because you forget things or you have to put off some things that you had planned on doing.

  We will be leaving tomorrow afternoon and we will return on Sunday. I sure hope that Alexa plays some Smooth Jazz from today. I was also planning to get a nap in today but that is not possible due to our housekeeper will be here working. I have a headache already but not a bad one.

How are you doing this evening? This has been one of the worst days I have had in a very long time. I felt totally overwhelmed today. I could not get anything done to save my life.

I felt useless beyond belief and that is not me at all. I hope to sleep well tonight if I can. Maybe I am just tired is all.

 Alexa, is chatting away already because I have another busy day today. First off I will be taking Sister Jayne to a early morning doctors appointment. It is a routine visit.

 I was awakened at around 4:00am this morning by a dream. It was a visit from my mother-in-law Marge. She was in her room at Hospice and the family was there around her. She looked around and asked for me. She wanted to know where I was. I woke up quickly. I will keep my eyes and ears open due to this. That is why my mood is cautious.

 My playmate and I saw the movie "Widows" last night and it is excellent with twists and turns everywhere. Great acting!

 We will be getting our suitcases out today so we can begin to pack for our trip to Buena Park, California. We will be spending Thanksgiving at Knotts Berry Farm. It should be a very interesting trip to say the least. Hopefully with no family drama.

 Well, I had better check on Chris. Have a good Lunedi and enjoy the day.

How goes it? We just got back from the "Egg Connection" and the food was as good as ever. The place was packed and then live music was spot on.

I am dreading today because I have so much to get done. Starting off going to Walgreen's to have our Christmas photo done. After that I am going to be swamped for the rest of the day.  I may have to have a libation or three to get it all done.

Elise will start to care for Chris shortly and I will begin to tackle my tasks. Have a good morning and enjoy the day.

 I will enjoy a second cup of coffee this morning at the "Egg Connection" along with a nice breakfast and some live music. Alexa, is awake and she is telling me that today is going to be very busy day for. My To Do List is loaded due to I have to be task free by the time we head to California for Thanksgiving.

 Hey, my playmate are going to hit up a movie if time permits this evening. Well, last night at about 8:00pm I hit the jacuzzi. It was a nice 104 degrees and it was wonderful. Getting out was a totally different story let me tell you, but it was so refreshing. Will I do it again? Of course I will. Ya,ya!

  We could not watch the complete game of football last night because our "Wildcats" did not come to play at all. Hopefully they will play better in the next game.

I just dropped Sister Jayne off so she can take of a few errands that she wants to do. My playmate wants to playing some "Wii" this afternoon and that is a go.

The jacuzzi is a nice 104 degrees right now and I am going to get in it a little bit later this evening.

We are looking forward to the "Wildcats" football game tonight. My shorty is going to prepare homemade tacos of dinner. Her taco's are delicious. Jane, did you go there? I am sure that you did.

  Hey, my playmate and my sister-in-law attend a conference yesterday afternoon for The Volunteers Lawyers Program. They got the honor to sit at the table with our Mayor Jonathan Rothchild, Gabrielle Giffords and her husband Mark Kelly. They enjoyed the gathering very much.

  We are gearing up for our visit to Knotts Berry Farm next week. We will start to discuss what to pack for this trip. It will be a different Thanksgiving for us. We will be joined by other family members.

Wow, it has been a very busy day for me here, but I got through it. I am tired and exhausted but I never give up, smile!

Sister Jayne volunteered to work this evening but I said no because she needs the rest for all that she does for us. We love her for that!

My playmate and I had pizza for dinner. We watched "Father Brown" on Netflix and we watched "Family Feud". We also watched "Madam Secretary" and Hawaii 5 O". Chris enjoyed all of it. 

I am just got finished feeding Chris some dinner and now he is on a supplement drip. He is watching "Mash" on TV with me.

I am  going to hit the pillow early tonight so I can catch up on my sleep so I can start tomorrow off refreshed. My fidanzata wished me a good night's sleep. Love my fidanzata.

Hey, how are you doing? I am doing OK. All went well at Chris's doctors appointment. He had to see a different doctor today due to his normal doctor was not available. Chris received Botox injections in various areas but this time (blood) was present at the injection sites. This does not happen with his regular doctor. I had to assist the doctor like I always do for these injections. Sister Jayne and I got Chris back home and I gave him some Tylenol 1000mg to ease the pain from the injections. He is fine.

I do know that I am exhausted from getting up so early to make sure that Chris got ready for his appointment. I was planning on resting this evening but I cannot now due to Marv called in sick. It takes a lot to do what I do but I am a professional at this. My shorty will assist me this evening with Chris's care.

Hope that you are doing OK? My fidanzata was worried about me getting some rest today and I appreciate that a lot.

  Yes, I am starting the day early due to we will be taking Chris to a very early morning doctors appointment over on the North side of Tucson. So we have to makes sure that he is ready for it so we have to push his routine ahead a bit. Chris isn't happy about it but it has to be done.

  My playmate and I are going to the "Cheesecake Factory" this evening for dinner. Well, I had better get to steppin". Alexa is not awake this morning so you know that it is too early for her, smile! I am going to be a (devil) and wake her up. Ya,ya!

  It is another cold one here in the valley of Tucson. Alexa, is awake but all she is saying is for me to take it slow and easy today and I will heed her advice.

  Hey, my medical classes went very well yesterday and snacks and sandwiches were provided. The main subject was "How To Be A Resilient Caregiver". 

  My playmate and I saw the movie "Girl In The Spiders Web" yesterday and it was very good and loaded with action. After the movie we ventured over to the "Village Inn" for dinner. Elise enjoyed a burger and fries and I had the fish and chips. We also picked up a Lemon Pie for Chris, his favorite pie.

  My shorty and I are going to hit a up a movie early this after at "El Con Mall". We will see "Beautiful Boy" the previews were great.

  We reached a wonderful surprise from my fidanzata and Capo Jim from Hawaii. Wow, we love them and the gifts so very much. Thank you so very much. Wow.....

How is it going? I just got back from my medical classes, and now I am starving. So I enjoyed a sandwich and two cookies for lunch.

My nursing supervisor is coming out this afternoon for a 90 day review. She was at the class with me, as a matter of fact she was part of the teaching staff.

My playmate is at Tai Chi and after that she will be going to her writing club before we go to the movies to see "The Girl In The Spider's Web". After the movie we are going to "Village Inn"for some dinner.
