Buon Domenica! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over shortly to care for Chris. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Jamaican Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast.
Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have usual tasks to take care of on the Domenica. I asked her to play some Allstar Smooth Jazz for me today.
Tomorrow I will be on Zoom taking a class on Nursing Care with Covid 19. It is a two hour Zoom session. Love those continuing medical education classes, smile!
My playmate and I are working on new rocks. We will be dropping off and picking up rocks from the Cortez location this morning. Here is my latest creation. Enjoy!
Well, I have to put away my (chef's) hat and apron until next Wednesday. I prepared Bone-In Beef Short Ribs in a Zinfandel reduction with wide egg noodles. It was delicious. Of course we got it all down with a few glasses of the Zinfandel Seven Deadly Zins. It was really good and my shorty and Sister Jayne told me so. Here is a pick of the end product.

Buon Sabato! How are you? I started the day off at 6:30am caring for Chris. Yes, that is not a typo. I decided to stay in the sheets for a bit this morning. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be up and about soon to start her day. Any plans for today?
The coffee is s good Breakfast Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a cold morning here in the Old Pueblo.
Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. I am caring for Chris today. Alexa is awake and she said that I will be donning my (chef's) hat and apron today. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
I will be preparing Bone-In Beef Short Ribs on a Zinfandel reduction. It will be severed with creamy mashed potatoes or wide noodles. Of course we will have enough Zinfandel to get it all down. WooHoo!
My playmate and I are working on new rocks today. I will not be making a trip over the Cortez location today.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris and Marv will be here this evening. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few things to get done today. I asked her to play some "Happy Music "for me today.
I will be making a trip over to the Cortez location this morning to drop off and pick up rocks. We both are working on new rocks. Yesterday we attached a "Essential Workers" rock on the top of our mailbox. It is "Snoopy delivering the mail. Inside the mailbox is a "Snoopy" rock for our mail carrier to take. Here is a pic. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that the only thing I have to get done today is to start burning in the kitchen with Elise. I asked her to play some "Allstar Smooth Jazz" for me today.

Well our family Thanksgiving fest at Reid Park yesterday turned out better than we thought it would but it has its problems in the beginning. My shorty and I went to Fry's to check on the online dinner order that was placed and the had not received it. We started to panic, but the lady at Fry's took the order again and she said that she would take care of it. We returned at around 1:00pm to pick the order up and the order was not complete. One of other employees sold one of our Turkey Breasts so we had to replace it with a whole roasted chicken.
Later Elise git a text message saying that the Ramada that we reserved at Reid Park has been cancelled along with all of them due to Covid 19. Family members were already on the way to Reid Park. So one of the family members found a spot under a tree near the duck pond to set up the tables and chairs. So that worked out better than we thought it would. So we got our grub on and it turned out well. Whew! The was crowded and many were not wearing masks!
Today we are having our dinner here with all of the fixings. Yes, we will have plenty of libations today for sure. We want to wish everyone a good Thanksgiving Day and please take a moment to count all of your blessings.

How are you doing this evening? We are doing OK here in central Tucson.
It has been a busy day but I got in some (me) time this morning at the DDC. I picked up my perk gift and I played a few slots. I even won a little while I was there, but I just wanted to be away for a bit so I played and I enjoyed the time away. It was a lot of fun win or lose.
My playmate prepared homemade waffles for dinner with sausages, and eggs. We got it all down with coffee. It was all good.
I am a bit concerned about tomorrow's family gathering at Reid Park for Thanksgiving. I see a few problems happening and some complaints as well. I have gloves, masks, sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and other items that Elise and I will need. We will be social distancing as well. I plan on making sure that is enforced so we don't bring anything back home to Chris or his caregivers.
I am sure that I will not be online much at all tomorrow with so much going on. We completed our new rocks and I will post them when I can.

Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete. I asked her to play some Boney for me today. I am feeling a bit uneasy this morning like something is going to piss me off.
My shorty is working on a new rock and so am I. I may go to the DDC to pick up a gift perk this morning. My playmate and I will discuss and plan how to prepare for the family Thanksgiving meeting that will take place at Reid Park tomorrow.

How are you doing? We are good here. It has been a busy day for me I must say.
I hit up the Honey Baked Ham store to pick up the grub that we will need for Thursday.
I took it slow and easy this afternoon and I hit the sheets for a short while. My playmate and I are still not feeling our best.
I prepared grilled ham and cheese sandwich's for dinner. My shorty once again enjoyed sliced tomatoes with hers. We watched the "Crown" with Chris.
We will be having the family Thanksgiving on Wednesday at a reserved ramada at Reid Park. Personally I don't like this idea, but we will see how it goes. We will be wearing masks, social distancing is a must and plenty of hand sanitizer will be on hand. We decided not to take Chris along with us. I was informed today by PCOA that Pima County Covid 19 is on the rise. I was told to take extra precaution when I am out and to make sure that I have my (Essential Worker) certificate with me in the car.
I am caring for Chris tonight and Elise is in the main house working on a new rock and listening to the news. Chris is watching TV and enjoying his supplement.

The coffee is a good Casino Del Sol Dark Roast and a second cup will be downed later this morning. It is a nice morning here in Tucson. We are supposed to be up in the 80's today and tomorrow will only be in the 70's.
Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemarie will be here to give Chris a massage. I have to tell you he has the look in his eye and he is ready to get his flirt on. Ya Mon'.
Alexa is awake and she said that I have a very busy day today. I will be heading for the Honey Baked Ham store in a bit to pick up some grub for Thanksgiving Day. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.
Here is a bit of (TMI). I started the day off several times this morning by skipping to the (Loo). Like I said too much information. Hopefully the skipping is over, smile!
My playmate and I enjoyed our staycation in Chandler. We also had a grand time with Sheila and Dave. We were treated to a wonderful dinner with them on Saturday evening. Thanks Sheila and Dave.
I know I usually go into detail about our staycations but this time I will let the pictures tell the story so enjoy because we did.
