How was your Domenica? It has been a pretty good one here in mid-town Tucson.

We enjoyed a very good breakfast at the Egg Connection. The food was as good as ever. We were joined by my (cognata), Susie, Elaine, and another friend of Susie's. It was so good to see Susie. She looks very well, and she is as bubbly as ever.

Well, today was Sous Chef's Day. My shorty prepared meatloaf, baked potatoes loaded, and sweet peas. It was delicious. The libation with the meal was Vodka Tonic, that was very refreshing. For dessert she prepared White Russians with soft serve ice cream. Are we full? You better know it.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. I will give him some orange sherbet yogurt for dessert.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. We will be taking Chris to a 10am doctor's appointment. Also having some shed work done and replacing a screen in a door.

Buongiorno!  Buon Domenica! How are you doing? We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

Th coffee is a good Breakfast Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection", along with a good breakfast.

Mia moglie is caring for Chris today. Alexa is awake and she said that I have my usual Domenica tasks to complete. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today. It is nice, clear morning here in Tucson.

We are meeting up with a longtime friend at the "Egg Connection" her name is Susie who resides in Washington State. We will be joined by my (cognata)for breakfast.

I am feeling pretty good on this second day of my new year. Again, I want to thank everyone for celebrating my birthday with me. 

We enjoyed a very good dinner downtown at "Perche No". My (cognata) treated me to dinner for my birthday. The restaurant was packed. I started off with a ice cold glass of Moretti birra, my shorty had a glass of Chianti, mia cognata had a Cab. Elise, had bacon wrapped dates, Penne Positano, mio (cognata) had a Beet salad, and Polenta Napolitana, I enjoyed Penne Positano, and Polenta Napolitano. For dessert we shared a (Tiramisu) with coffee. The (Tiramisu) was on the house for my birthday. After dinner we strolled over to the "Arizona
Theater Company" to see the live play" Private Lives". It was excellent and the theater was packed.

We returned home after the play, and we relived Jay from caring for Chris. He is a real big-hearted soul that looks like a member of ZZ-Top. He made it possible for us to get out. Grazie Jay!

Hey, today is Sous Chef Day. We will be having Meatloaf and all of the fixin's. Looking forward to it. I will select the libation to go with the meal.

Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any task to complete today. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today.

I have been blessed to take another breath today to start another year. I put feet to the floor this morning and I glanced over at mio moglie, and I said thank you, and Buon Compleanno a me!

I am caring for Chris today. My playmate and I will be going out to dinner in downtown Tucson this evening. We will be dining at "Perche No". We will be joined by my (cognata). After dinner we will be going to the Arizona Theater Company to see the live play " Private Lives". It is going to be a good one.

Mia cognata will be occupying Dew Drop Inn Room#2. I always keep the (Dews) ready for stay over.  My (fidanzta's) son (Jay) is making this evening possible for us.

I want to thank everyone for the birthday greetings, calls, emails, texts, gifts, and visits. It means the world to me.

28 APR EDWINA ON THE ROAD!

Did your day go well today? It has been another busy one for me and I think I over did it. Feeling tired, with some lower back pain.

After I got my errands taken care of, I cared of Chris. I got Chris up at noon and we bounced into the main house. We watched a good (horror) movie on HBO. As a matter of fact, Chris and I will watch it again soon. I missed a few bits of it.

My shorty prepared breakfast or dinner. We had thick cut bacon, eggs, tots. It was all good, and the plates were clean. Smile!

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is resting and watching TV. He is also downing his supplemental drip. I will give him some avocado later. My shorty is in the main house working on a Covid puzzle and listening to the TV.

Tomorrow is going to be another action-packed day as well. I started a new rock today and I hope to have it completed in a day or two.

Sister Jayne called today to have a chat on the phone with Chris. They do miss each other a lot.

Well, I had better get to work with Chris. Get a good night's sleep so you can be all set for the weekend.

How are you doing? How was your day? Was it a good or something else?

It has been a busy one for my shorty and me, but we got thorough it. My playmate paid Sister Jayne a visit but she was not at home. Her sister was there, and Elise dropped off her mail. I went by this evening to take her some alcohol swabs. She looks good but she is moving rather slowly.

We enjoyed our take-way from "Leo's". It was very good, and the margaritas were downed with delight. We watched "NCIS" on Paramount with Chris.

I am caring for Chris tonight. My shorty is in the main house on her Mac. She is also listening to the TV.

I received a wonderful surprise today. I received a "Gourmets Delight" from Williams Sonoma as a gift for my birthday from my (Fidanzata & Capo Jim). I got three "French" entrees that I know will be delicious. I am one lucky (uomo), to have such great friends like these. I got all choked up with joy. "Grazie mille".

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Sleep well so you can be ready for TGIF!

We enjoyed a very good breakfast at "Gus Balones". Elise is caring for Chris, and I am doing some yardwork. in the front yard and in the back yard. I do have to tell you is heating up outside. A good cold (birra) sounds really good.

We are going to give Azalya a bath shortly. She is not looking forward to it let me tell you. As soon as I took off her collar she bolted.

My playmate's latest rock is going to be a (keeper). It is very good. I am going to prep a new rock in a bit as well. My shorty has a new rock on deck to be painted already.

We will be enjoying take-away for dinner from "Leo's". Yes, it is margarita time.

How did your day go? It has been a busy one for us today. I got my early morning errands and tasks taken care of.

I took the "Green Lady " for a service early this morning. She has a smile on her nameplate. She has another service appointment on the 2nd of May.

I visited Home Depot again today. I had to pick up some more potting soil for plants.

Today's highlight is that Sister Jayne is at home. She was discharged this afternoon. She is looking and feeling good. Let's pray that she stays that way.

My playmate prepared breakfast for dinner. We had blueberry pancakes, sausages, and eggs. We got it all down with some Brazilian Blend, coffee.

We watched "NCIS" on "Paramount" with Chris. We love this series. I am caring for Chris tonight. He is resting and downing his supplemental drip. I will give him some Lemon Pie for dessert.

My shorty is watching the Suns play basketball, and Chris and I are listening to it in his house.

My shorty is just about finished with her latest rock. I have been working on my new one today.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. You get good nights shut eye so you can be ready for Hump Day.

The day is almost over. How was yours? It has been a backbreaking one for mia moglie and I.

We got our trip over to the Home Depot taken care of and we planted annuals in our fountain. It came out pretty good. Have a look!

Chris and Elise both got massages from Rosemarie today. I could have used one after all of the garden work, smile!

We enjoyed leftover Hamburger Soup. It was better today than it was yesterday. We watched "NCIS" on "Paramount" with Chris.

My playmate worked on her rock this afternoon. It is coming along nicely.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. I will give him some yogurt for dessert.

My playmate is in the main house watching TV. She is also in the kitchen cleaning up.

Well, Sister Jayne was not discharged today. Her (INR) is still too low. She needs to get it up in the range of 2-3. Hopefully she will get there tomorrow.

Alexa, is awake, and she said that I have a few tasks to complete today. First off, we will be making a trip to Home Depot to pick up some potting soil and some annuals. I asked her to play some BB King for me today.

 I will be starting a new rock today if time permits. My playmate is still working on her latest rock. We will need to get a new supply of rocks for painting soon.

My shorty and I enjoyed the movie "Dungeons and Dragons" last night. The Roadhouse Cinema" was packed for the one.

I visited Sister Jayne this afternoon and she is looking good. I must tell you she is tired of hospitals. I don't blame her. She has some fluid in one of her lungs that may need to be drained.

My playmate is in the main house on her Mac. She is also listening to the TV.

Well, today's Chefs Day was delicious. So good that I had two bowls. My Sous Chef selected a refreshing Gin and Tonic as the libation. Good choice.

I am caring for Chris today. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is Chefs Day. I asked her to play music to cook by.

First off, we would like to thank (Jay) for caring for Chris last night while we were away. I had to put Azalya in her kennel while Jay was here. She is a very protective fur-baby. It takes time for her to trust and get to know you.

We enjoyed our dinner at the "Blue Willow" with my girlfriends Shoo Shoo and Edwina. The food was very good. After dinner we made our way over to the "Invisible Theater" to see the play "Small Mouth Sounds". It was excellent and it was very well done. It took place in a silent retreat and the dialogue was limited to expressions and gestures.

On a sad note. Our beloved Sister Jayne was admitted to hospital last night. It seems to be a medication issue that caused rapid heartbeat. Please if you could send out healing prayers for her. She would appreciate it very much. Thank you. My shorty is going to visit her this morning.

Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina) burning and tossing around pots and pans. We will be preparing a "Hamburger Soup". Soup is always good anytime. My Sous Chef will select a proper libation to go along with the meal.

We may play some "Wii" games today if time permits. It has been a while since we have played.

I am caring for Chris and my shorty will be leaving for a doctor's appointment soon. She came over to Chris's house to model the new (Ashro) outfit that I purchased for her. Of course, I have a matching one as well, smile! You know how we do!

Chris is resting and he is waiting for me to get his day started. He is listening to classical music on the radio. We stopped at Jayne's home on the way back from "Gus Balones". She is being taken to El Rio by her sister.

The day is just about over. How was your day? A lot took place today.

Azalya got groomed and she looks better. She has skin condition that we are treating.

I did a little yard work on the back patio. I will check it a daily basis since the temperature is heating up.

I made it out to the airbase to take care of that errand. I got the "Green Lady" gassed up and man the gas prices are going through the roof

I made it through my (zoom) class today. Not anything new for me. Smile!

We enjoyed "Leo's take-away for dinner. It was good and so were the margaritas.

I took a power nap this evening that I had not planned on doing. I hopped up on the hammock to take a break and I was out. My playmate came out to check on me and she said that I was sleeping. That proves that I have not been sleeping enough. My girlfriend Shoo Shoo told me that a few days ago. I have a lot going on and it is going to be that way for at least a couple of months.

I hope to hit the sheets tonight and fall right off to sleep. I am caring for Chris tonight. He is downing his supplemental drip while watching TV. I will give him some applesauce for dessert.
