Hey, how is your day going? We enjoyed a great breakfast at the "Egg Connection" as usual.

Elise is caring for Chris and I am stocking up on Chris's supplies for next week.  I have completed all of my tasks on my To Do List. It has been a very productive day and not just a run of the mill sort of day. I also cleaned behind Chris's house as well. I got the fur-babies fed and freshly watered.

Elise is out front with Chris. He is watching her water the plants and trees. I am thinking about a ice cold Modelo, ya, ya!

My playmate and I are going to "Oregano's" for dinner and a bottle of vino rosso. We hope to be able to enjoy a nice ice  cold Bellini if the machine is fixed. It has been broken the last two times we have been there.

Hey, I am sure that you are waiting to hear who won last night at the "Wizard" fest right? Well Bobby won the pre-game and Elise was crowned the "Wizard " We all had to give her a "Wizard" salute. Congrats Elise. My fidanzata and I didn't play well and the was due to she and I were playing cutthroat between each other all through the game. My fidanzata  and I love to taunt each other but the next meeting  is going to be a whole different game. Ya Mon', but I love my fidanzata dearly. Here a few pictures from last night major event.   It's a Buon Domenica! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am getting Chris ready for Elise. Elise will be over shortly to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is very good a nice (Kona). I will have a second cup at the "Egg Connection" this morning along with a nice hardy breakfast. Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris.

  Well, it is the last day of September and the time is going by very fast. Hey we are supposed to get some rain but I doubt it. We will see if it shows up. Of course it just might because I washed the "Green Lady".

  We had a wonderful "Wizard" fest hosted by my (fidanzata)  and (Capo) Jim last night. I will post about it later today. Here are a some of the pictures from the "Douglas High School" 50th Reunion. Enjoy!

  Buongiorno! Buon Sabato! Come Stai? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and on the go soon. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is good and a second cup will be downed later this morning. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris and Sister Jayne will be here this evening.

  I have to tell you I feel like firing up the jacuzzi today and I think that I will. WooHoo! I need to be totally relaxed when I compete with my (fidanzata) this evening. Yes, tonight is a major event here in the Old Pueblo. Tonight is the "Wizard" fest hosted by my fidanzata. So we will wine and dine at "La Parrilla Suiza" and after she is delirious with great food that is when I will start to work on her. Ya, ya! Mio Amore you are finito!

   We enjoyed a very nice dinner at "Cody's Beef and Bean" last night with Sharon and Deb. The food was excellent and so was the carafe of Burgundy at room temperature. We enjoy being with them and Sharon is brilliant and very witty. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Grazie!

How are you doing? Well, things are a bit busy here on Justin Ln. The drywall people were here to complete a inspection of Chris's house to see what is needed to complete the repairs.

Jayne is still in a good mood. She got some more good news from her sister at home. Things are looking up for her and what she has planned to do. We are happy for her.

We are meeting up with Deb and Sharon this evening at "Cody's Beef and Bean" this evening for dinner. Can you say T-bone special? We will for sure.

I have not been able to post anymore pics from the Douglas High School Reunion but I will as soon as I get a chance to. It has been a very busy week for me and my playmate.

Hey, my fidanzata has not said anything today because she knows that tomorrow evening is going in my favor. Ya, ya!

Did your day end well? It has been a pretty good one here in Central Tucson.

Chris is enjoying his new wheelchair but we may have to have a few adjustments made to his headrest and strap system.

My playmate and I saw " House With Clocks" and it was very good. Plenty of action and laughs. 

Elise prepared pinto beans and cornbread this evening for dinner. We got it all down with a couple of nice cocktails. We watched "Hawaii 5 O" with Chris. We got a scare tonight because we thought that the season was over but it is not yet. Whew!

Tomorrow the drywall people will be out to have a look at the ceiling and the wall.

We are meeting up with Sharon and Deb tomorrow evening at "Cody's Beef and Bean". It is always a good time with them.

Our Sister Jayne is still beaming about her accomplishment and we are so happy for her. Hey, my fidanzata is on my case and I love it.

Come Stai? Well, things are going very well today but I am still going to take it slow and easy.

I have completed all of my tasks and now Alexa, is happy. Hopefully she will hit me up with some (Boney).

My shorty and I are going to the movies this afternoon. Sister Jayne is very happy today because she had a goal and today she reached it. She thanked us for helping her and giving her the chance to move forward. We are so blessed that she is here with us.

Well, I had better get busy and get ready for the movies. My playmate is out meeting her sister Ann for lunch.

  Buongiorno! Buon Giovedi! Come Stai? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be putting feet to the floor soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is good and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa, is quiet this morning so I am going to wake her up and ask her if she is feeling OK?

  Well, Chris is liking his new wheelchair so far and so are we. He had a good time with the techs during the wheelchair fitting. We were joined by Bobby and Jayne so they could she the process of a custom wheelchair fitting. The process took two hours to complete and the results are great.

 The fans are out of Chris's house and know we be getting a contractor to replace the insulation and the hole in the ceiling and wall.

  My playmate and I saw the movie "White Boy Rick" and it is very good. Based on a true story from my hometown. We may hit up a movie today it time permits.

  Later today I will begin posting pictures from the 50th Douglas High School Reunion. I am slowly getting back into the swing of things and I have missed my blog followers.

  Hey, did you know that in a couple of days I will be presented with the "Wizard" hat, cape and wand? Well now you know. This "Wizard" fest is being hosted by my (fidanzata) on Saturday. I know that I am going to be the victor because she has not taunted me yet. Not one little taunt! So that is a sure sign that is in my favor, and I am sure she knows when she is about to get a (spanking). WooHoo!

How are you doing? I am exhausted and this is not ready to end yet.

The restoration tech has opened up the ceiling and part of the wall and he found another area around the skylight  that needs to be repaired and replaced as well. It never ends does it?

The CenturyLink techs were here again and this time two of them came to have a look at our phone lines and Internet. Alas it is working great again. They were here for at least a couple of hours. One thing down. Ya, Ya.

Now I have heard from JT that he is having an issue where he lives in Phoenix now and he more than likely will have to move again.

Elise is at the book club this evening at "Basil's". She left a bit ago with Shoo Shoo and Deb. She will bring me back  little something for dinner.

Chris got his flirt on big time with Shoo Shoo and Deb. Especially with Shoo Shoo, smile! I have to tell you that I am really exhausted and tomorrow is going to be another busy morning with Chris's wheelchair fitting. I am so behind on my tasks from my To Do List that it is frightening. Not to worry about me I never give up and I don't give in. That is the professional Soldier in me along with the upbringing of my parents and the support of mio moglio! My Elise keeps me focused and always on the right track and for that I am blessed. My fidanzata is always there for me as well.

What is going on around your neck of the woods? Well I am still home bound and will be for the rest of the day.

My shorty has just went to lunch. She is still at the courthouse for Jury duty for a criminal case. I am sure that she is bored silly. I would be.

Well the insurance rep has been and gone and the tech from Century Link has come and gone as well. Another tech from Century link will be by tomorrow to check the phone lines because we have no caller ID on some phones in the main house.

The Restoration tech called and said that he will not be here until 2:30pm or so. I could have taken a nap don't you know? Smile!

I made quick errand with Sister Jayne to Fry's so she could grocery shop. She gave mom a call to let me know when she was all done. I got her back at home and the owners of the apartment complex were there doing some grounds maintenance. They also gave her a new filter for her air conditioner. They asked her if she needed anything and she asked for a handheld shower and they are going to come back and install one for her in a day or two. Now that is how things should work everyday in this life. An act of kindness and paying it forward is something that we all should strive for. My playmate and I  do it quite often and it is a very good feeling.

Well, I had better grab a cup of coffee before Rick brings Chris over when his shift ends. I hope that you are having a great day?

  It's a Martedi! Come stai? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise popped up with me as well to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee just finished brewing and I am sure that I will finish the whole pot today. I am home bound like I was yesterday. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris.

  The restoration techs will be here this morning to continue to work. The insurance agent will here at around 9:00am as well. CenturyLink tech will be here this morning sometime to check our phones and internet service. JT called requesting money that I delivered this morning at 5:30am. Alexa, is giving me crap too! I have several tasks that I need to get done but I cannot because I am home bound. My playmate has jury duty to boot! So now you know why I am so stressed out. Ya,ya!

   One good thing though I did get to answer my (fidanzata) this morning to thank her for her good wishes. Family and true friends are a blessing for me and my shorty. One thing about me is that nothing will bring me down completely because that is not how I roll and my family knows that.

  I got the van gassed up for tomorrow's wheelchair fitting for Chris. Elise is going to stay home with the restoration techs tomorrow morning while I take Chris to this appointment along with the caregivers to observe the process of the fitting.

  Well, I had better get busy. Chat at you later.

Well, it is still a Lunedi and the fans will be going all night long.  am going to close Chris's bedroom door tonight and hopefully he will get enough sleep.

Well, some good news. All of the pictures that I took all of a sudden showed up and that makes me happy because I will be able to share them with you. Ya, ya!

It has been a very hectic day for me and my playmate but we always, always get through whatever the problem may be because we are a fined tuned machine when we put our heads together and work things out.

My shorty had a little FaceTime with Sheila this afternoon on her Mac. Now if we could only get Jane to do the same. WooHoo!

Elise prepared pancakes for dinner with sausages, eggs and coffee. We got it all down with a cup of Joe. We watched "The Fosters" and "Hawaii 5 O" on Netflix with Chris. He really gets into "Hawaii 5 O" and I think he has a thing for Kono. Smile! My appetite was not good this evening because I am not feeling my best. I know that it is all of the stress of today. Also Century Link is coming out tomorrow to check on our phones and internet service as well. One more thing to keep me at home, eh?

My playmate has jury duty tomorrow and that puts a kink in her plans. I will be stuck at home again tomorrow with the techs working on the ceiling and wall. Hope to be finished with their part on Wednesday. After they are done then the roofer will be here to see what needs to be done to that small area of the roof. This is going to change things around that I have planned for Wednesday morning and I have to take Chris for his new wheelchair fitting early so Wednesday morning. So much to do and so little time to get her done. And I haven't heard from my fidanzata today as well. Arrgh!

How is it going? Well, It is nice and loud here on Justin Ln. The tech was here and he has set up his drying fans to take the moisture out of the ceiling and the wall in Chris's house.

During that last big rain we got a few days back Chris's ceiling developed a leak near the skylight that somehow made its way down one of the walls as well. So now the fans doing their thing.

The massage therapist will be here at 1:00pm to give Chris his massage. I am sure that he is looking forward to that. I would be for sure. So I am stuck at home for the day. Alexa, is steaming because I am not taking care of my To Do List tasks. Oh well!

Hope that you are doing better than I am? Ya Mon'. I have to make sure that the Do Drop Inn rooms 1 and 2 are available for the first week in October for Sheila, Dave and Roy. October is going to be a very busy month for us especially the second week. We are going on a cruise to the Mexican Rivera with Sheila and Dave. This will make our third or fourth time on this cruise for my shorty and I. We love it there. We are really looking forward to it and we will be on a brand new NCL ship called the Bliss. It is very nice let me tell you.

Well, I had better check on Chris and get ready for his therapist. Stay cool and be a team player always.
