The coffee is a good Light Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a good breakfast. Our last breakfast at "Gus Balones" until the first week in August when they reopen after vacation.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Blues" for me today. 

I chatted with my fidanzata about this no rain issue here in Tucson, and she said that if looks like July will bring some rain our way. Let's hope so fidanzata.

We will be hitting up another movie today. We will be seeing the "Black Phone" at El Con Mall. It is going to be a good horror movie. WooHoo!

We will be having take-away from "Leo's" this evening for dinner and yes, we will down a couple of margaritas.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Blues" for me today.

My playmate and I will be working on rocks today. We are going to hit a movie today. It may be the "Elvis" movie.

Well, I had better get this Humper moving forward. Have a good one, and for us desert dwellers hope for some rain today.

Hey, my shorty out did herself last night. She brought back some Pork Scordato from "Gusto", and it was delicious. It was nestled on linguine pasta that was al dente. I was stuffed!

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is resting and watching TV and enjoying his supplement. He also enjoyed a bit of pudding as well.

My playmate is at her Book Club meeting. They are meeting up at "Gusto". I placed an order for some Pork Scordato. I have my spoon, knife and fork at the ready. I will get it all down with a 7up, because I am totally out of (cervezas). I will have to correct that real soon.

I received a couple gifts from mio moglie today. She knows that I like "Polo" and "Cool Water" cologne. They are my favorites. Grazie mio moglie.

26 JUN IN THE HOOD

We got a call last night during Sister Jayne's shift with Chris. Chris's electric bed decided to take a dirt nap. So, Sister Jayne got Chris out of bed, and we begin to take the bed apart and get it out of Chris's house. Once that was done, we installed a new electric bed in his house. That was time consuming and back breaking to say the least, but we got it done. So, Chris is enjoying his new bed and mattress.

We just back from having breakfast at the "Egg Connection". It was all good.

Elise is caring for Chris, and I am about complete my Domenica chores for next week. Chris is singing along to the music of Linda Ronstadt! 

I just fed the fur-babies, and they will be taking a nap soon like always.

Hey, Sous Chefs Day was delicious. My Sous made her famous Tuna Casserole. I choose a nice Gin and Tonic as the libation of the day. We shared it with Sister Jayne. My Sous choose a good (rotini)pasta for the casserole. Great dinner!

What are you up to? We are good here in Central Tucson, but no rain as of yet. Bummer!

Chris and I had a very good day today. We kidded around during his shower, and we played around the soap bubbles. He is now in the main house watching TV.

I am in a very good mood today, because things are going well. I heard from my fidanzata, and said for me to stay (sweet) and(soft) so I can enjoy the day. She told me that Capo Jim had thunderstorms last night at his home. What is up with that?

Hey, the Sous Chef is busy in the kitchen preparing tonight's dinner. We are going to have her World-Famous Tuna Casserole. It is very, very good. I think that I am going to suggest that we have Gin and Tonics to go along with the meal.

I am working on a new rock already. Well, I had better get back to Chris in the main house, and I can see if the Sous Chef wants me to do anything to help.

We enjoyed Happy Hour at "La Parrilla Suiza" last night. The queso and the margaritas were very good. Afterwards we drove over to the "Live Theater Workshop" to see the play "Nina Variations". This was a very interesting play indeed. It was about the passions of young love and all that comes with it.

Hey, today is Chefs Day or I should say "Sous Chefs Day". My Sous Chef has command of the (cucina) today. She is going to prepare one of her specialties that she hasn't prepared in a longtime. I will select tonight's libation. I am sure that I will give it two knives and fork for sure.

Chris is resting and waiting to get up into his chair. He is chatting up a storm right now. My shorty is out running errands and she is going to a doctor's appointment.

I have a pet peeve that is a major (SNAFU) for me. I hate it when people only think about themselves. It is always me, me and more me. I will not go along just to get along. I will voice my opinion about this subject all of the time. I am feeling this way today. Most who really know me, know that I hate this. Be flexible you may be told, but when it is reversed flexibility is nonexistent. I had to get this out today. Whew! I am good, smile!

Chris and I enjoyed watching "Tremors" number 5 on TV. It was hilarious.

My nurse's supervisor came by for a visit and Chris poured on the charm big time. He didn't want her to leave at all. I taught him well, right girlfriends? Ya Mon'.

My playmate prepared homemade blueberry pancakes with sausages, eggs and plenty of coffee to get it all down. Very good! We watched "This Is Us" on Netflix with Chris.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip. I will give him some Key Lime Yogurt as a treat.

My shorty is in the main house watching the news. I am sure that she will turn on her Mac shortly to check her email.

Our new fur-baby "Maja" is coming along nicely. She is a very jealous dog, and she will talk to you to let you know that fact. She has to be center of attention, but Azalya is now that Alpha around here. Smile!

How was your day? It has been a busy one here. It is still hot and no rain yet.

My playmate, Chris and I watched a lot of TV today. We watched "This Is Us" on Netflix. It is such a good series.

I prepared grill cheese sandwiches for dinner. I had a slice of ham with mine. We also had baby carrots, cottage cheese to go along with the sandwiches. I didn't completely finish my sandwich. I am being on the safe side to make sure my stomach virus is getting better.

I am caring for Chris tonight. My shorty is in the main house listening to the news. Chris is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip. We corrected another caregiver mishap again today.

We ordered a new kennel for the fur-babies this evening. The old one is not strong enough to hold Maya. We will keep the old one as a time-out kennel. It will get used a lot, smile.

We both are working on new rocks. I will be making my way back out to the airbase in the morning. It has been a good Juneteenth today.

Well, I had better check on Chris and my playmate. I love it when I learn something new about human nature. We humans are a complicated species indeed.

While we were away, we saw Lightyear and Jurassic Dominion at the movies. Both were very good.

We also saw a live play at the Arizona Theater Company. It was titled "How to Make an American Son". We enjoyed it and it was loaded with messages.
