How did you day end? It has been a busy one for me and I believe I could use a libation or three. Smile!

Chris enjoyed the visit by his new case manager. He used to love  it when Jeanne W would come by and they would chat. Chris loved it because they would arm wrestle every visit.

My playmate prepared corn on the cob, sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese for dinner. It was very good. We watched "Justified" on DVD. It is a very good series.

I am caring for Chris this evening. He is watching TV and enjoying his supplement. Elise in her office on her Mac and listening to the TV.

Well, the "Green Lady" is still at the dealer. I will pick her up tomorrow. I should have paid attention to her when she was trying to tell me that something is not just right. She gave me a check engine light and I took notice of that. Today while I was making my way over to the dealer for a routine service she spoke to me again. She told me that the right front tire was low. She is running great but the problem was that her memory computer was not working right. It tells you how and or what she is doing. So she is being fitted for a new one and it is covered under the warranty. That put a smile on her nameplate and a smile on my grille. WooHoo!

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day as well. I have to catch up on a few things that I could not get done today. Hey, time is counting down for our Caribbean Cruise that starts on 1 November. We will be joined by Sheila and Dave on this one. We will be away for 10 days. We are looking forward to it a lot.

Well, I had better go and check on Chris. Have a good nights sleep and I will chat at you tomorrow.

 Buon Lunedi! How are you doing?  started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will up and about soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

 The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be downed at the Fiat Dealer this morning. It is another nice morning here in the valley. The sleeping weather at night is great.

 Alexa, is awake and she is reminding me that I have a few things to take care of today. First it is a trip over on northwest side to have the "Green Lady" serviced. Later this afternoon Chris's case manager will be here for a visit.

 My shorty and I went to the "Loft" last night to see the movie "Raise Hell: The Life & Times Of Molly Ivins". It was excellent and she kept the packed theater in stitches. A amazing woman. We recommend this one for sure.

 Well, I have to get myself together so I can head out to the "Fiat Dealer". Have a good Lunedi and enjoy the day.

How goes it? We just got back from enjoying a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection". The food was as good as always.

Elise will starting to care for Chris soon and I will tackle my usual Sunday chores of restocking Chris's supplies for next week and doing a little yard work behind Chris's house.

  Buon Domenica! How are you doing today? I started the day off at 4:45am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise in not in her cave this morning so she will be over shortly to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is a nice morning here in Tucson. Rosemary will be here this evening to care for Chris.

  Alexa, is awake and she reminded me that I need to take the "Green Lady" in for routine servicing tomorrow morning. She will be glad about that and with a car wash it will put a smile on her nameplate. I also asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today as well.

  Hey, we are going to hit up the movies this evening. We are going to see "Raise Hell: The Life & Times Of Molly Ivins". It is going to be a good one.

  My playmate and I enjoyed our dinner at the "Coronet" in downtown Tucson last night. We started of with some libations of course. Elise enjoyed two Dirty Martini's that were very good and I downed two Mojito's that were the best I ever had. For dinner Elise enjoyed "Mushroom Risotto" with English peas and parmigiano Reggiano. I enjoyed a nice "Grilled Pork Chop" in lapsang souchong parsnip puree, nutmeg poached apple, ginger chili and celery relish roasted turnip and seasonal fruit. As a appetizer we enjoyed "Grilled Sardines in a tomatillo, with melon chili salata.  For dessert we downed  a "Tack Room Mousse" with a pecan top and Cointreau cream. It was excellent. We topped it all off with some very hot coffee. We recommend a visit to the "Coronet" you will not be disappointed.  Are you hungry yet? If not are you alive? Smile!

  After dinner we strolled over the "Arizona Theater Company" to see the live play "Royale". The theater was packed. The play was about a boxer, family and all that goes along with it. Excellent play and the standing ovation was well deserved.

  Well, I had better have a look in on Chris. Have a good Domenica and enjoy the day. I will have a chat at you later.

Hey how are you doing? We just got back from having breakfast at "Gus Balones" and it was as good as usual.

Well, the morning caregiver was a no show so that changed many things that we had planned. The agency sent out the caregivers brother who has never worked with Chris before. Not good. 

I am staying in Chris's house to make sure that Chris doesn't have any problems. We will not allow him to feed Chris because you have to know what you are doing so he won't ingest food into his lungs. He gave Chris a bed-bath but he over moisturized him. He didn't now how to start up and connect the IV Supplement drip. He was going to but it into his catheter drainage bag. That would have been  a mess. So that is why I am staying over in Chris's house. So that cancels out "Downton Abbey" for this afternoon.

I hope that your day is going better than ours is so far. My sister Marcie's day has turned into a Monday instead of a weekend day. WTF!

  Alexa, is awake and she is reminding that today is going to be a bit busy this morning. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today. 

  We had a very nice evening with Sharon and Deb at "Leos" last night for dinner. The food was excellent and the margaritas were flowing very well. Sharon didn't order a margarita but she shared with Deb and Sharon devoured Deb's margarita and Sharon had a nice grin on her face. A wonderful evening, thank you!

We are also going to hit up "EL Con Mall"  this afternoon to see the movie "Downton Abbey".

  The coffee this morning is a Golden Sumatra Blend and it is very good. A second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris and Marv will be here this evening.

  It is an other nice morning here in the valley of Tucson. The clouds are covering up the mountains this morning. Alexa, is awake and she is reminding me of what I need to get done today. I asked here to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.

  I will be taking Sister Jayne to a doctors appointment at 10:30am. Later this evening we will be hitting up "Leo's" for dinner. We will be joined by Deb and Sharon. Can you say margaritas? Of course we will at least twice. Ole'.

  I am caring for Chris this morning due to we have no coverage for this morning but Rosemary will be here this evening. Alexa, is awake and she is reminding me that I have a few tasks to complete today.

  My shorty and I went to see the movie "Rambo" Last Blood yesterday and it was good. It was the final Rambo movie so we will say so long to Sly.

  On a good note Sister Jayne is back at home and she is on the road to recovery. Her mom is there with her. Also Jane is back I rehab and hopefully she will come home soon as well.

  Well, I had better get busy. Have a good Giovedi and stay safe. I will have a chin-wag at you later.

   I forgot to mention yesterday that my shorty let out a little secret while she was at the book club. I have several girlfriends in her book club and I do hope that I don't get bum-rushed anytime soon. One of the members asked if anyone had seen the Judy Garland movie starring Renee Zellweger. Well my playmate told them that we were going to see it because I have  a thing for Renee and it is true that I do. When I saw her in "Chicago" I was smitten. I am glad that my shorty knows all of my girlfriends but I know that Renee is way out of my league. To all of my girlfriends I am here and you are here so you do the math, smile! Nothing like ambition right girlfriends? Don't hurt me!

  My playmate brought me back a nice dinner of "Cordon Bleu" from "Bistro 44" and it was delicious. I destroyed it, yes I did. My girlfriend Shoo Shoo texted me last night to see if I liked it.

  We will be taking Chris to TMC his wound appointment and later this evening I will be visiting my doctor for a routine check-up. We may hit up a movie today if time permits.

  I was awakened last night at 1:45am from a disturbing dream. So I am asking you to reply to let me know that you and your family are doing OK. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hey how about that rain today? It is was great and it really dropped the temperature big time. My flip flops are still soaked but they will be good to go for my next run it the rain. I will be looking for my fidanzata to join me out there.

I got a lot of rest today and my (Me) time was refreshing. That much rest is a rare thing for me. I chatted with Sister Jayne today and she got to see and talk to Chris via Marco Polo. She is still on the IV drip of anti-bi's and hopefully she will be discharged soon. Keep those prayers going for her and Jane.

I am caring for Chris tonight and my playmate left for her book club meeting at "Bistro 44". I have my spoon, knife, fork and napkin ready for the "Cordon Bleu" that she is going to bring me back for dinner. Ya Mon'.

Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day. We are taking Chris to TMC for his appointment and I have a appointment at 3:00pm for a routine check up as well.

So I had to take a quick run in the rain and of course it was in the all together with flip flops, smile! Once again I didn't see my fidanzata out this morning. What's up with that?   Alexa, is awake and she said that I don't have anything to do today tasks wise that is. So I am going to enjoy my time if nothing comes up.

Hey are you being rained on? We are and we have wind, boomers and a good lightening show as well.

I just got back in from a quick dash in the altogether and is was refreshing. Me flip flops and the fur-babies. My fidanzata was not out tonight. I missed her.

I am caring for Chris tonight and my playmate has already hit the sheets to read. Sister Jayne is feeling a bit better and she is still in hospital. She has a infection and now she is on a IV drip. Jane has been moved back to rehab. Please keep those prayers going for them.

I got all of my errands taken care of today and tomorrow I may catch a break for some me time. I will be taking the "Green lady" in for routine services on Monday. That will make her faceplate smile for sure.

How are you doing? I am good. I just got back from running my errands and hopefully things will settle down for a bit.

We are waiting to hear more about how Jayne is and as soon as we find out we will pass it along to you.

Chris is resting and I am taking care of him today. He is enjoyed his music right now before I start to care for him. He is looking forward to Rosemarie being here this afternoon to give him a massage. Flirt time, eh?

Hey some good news Sister Jayne is at home resting with the assistance of her mom. WooHoo!

I do know one thing and that is am starting to get a bit hungry. I did make it out on the front porch for some (Me) time and that was great.

As soon as my shorty returns I will have to make another trip over on the east side. I sure could use some ice cream about now but I will not have any. It would spoil my dinner so nope!

 Alexa, is awake and she is giving me my duties for today. I have to go out to the airbase today for sure.  I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.

 My playmate and I visited Sister Jayne and Jane last night at St. Joseph's Hospital. Both are doing OK. Jane may be moved to rehab today if all goes well. Sister Jayne may be discharged sometime today as well. Sister Jayne's mom stayed overnight in the hospital with her.

  The wound nurse will be here today to have a look at Chris and the water tech people will be out this morning to change the water filters.

  We are looking forward to our meeting up with the crew at the "Longhorn" in Amado tomorrow night. We will be staying overnight at one of the hotels at the airport. We may hit up the DDC while we are there. We could use a "Cha Ching" or two, smile!

  Alexa, is awake and she reminded me that Sister Jayne will have her surgery this afternoon at St. Joseph's Hospital. Keep those prayers going for a speedy recovery.

  I will be meeting a new nurses supervisor this morning at 10:30am. My playmate and I went to the "Loft" yesterday to see Linda Ronstadt" and it was very good and very informative. We recommend it. We may hit up a movie today if time permits.

  Chris is resting and listening to music. He is enjoying his supplement as well. I had to do a total linen exchange this morning and he is happy now.

  In a few days we will be on a overnight stay-cation after we meet up with the crew in Amado. We may even hit up the DDC if time allows.

How are you doing? I have to tell you that I have been better, believe that.

Something has come up that has me donning my (DI) hat. It is unbelievable how people treat people, but  when it is within the family this incidence  is unforgivable. Not to worry it is not in our family but in another family. I am fuming right now. 

Chris is resting well and my shorty is out and about. We are going to hit a movie for sure this afternoon when Rosemary arrives.
