How are you doing so far on this TGIF day? Things are moving along here a good pace.

I got all of my errands taken care of and Sister Jayne is here caring for Chris. I am thinking about snacking on something about right now. Smile!

It is a bit windy out and it is heating up here in the valley of Tucson. I am thinking about a nice ice cold birra right now. Ya Mon'.

We are home bound today unless my playmate what's to do a little somethin, somethin. Of not it will be a restful day with plenty of TV or maybe even some "Wii" games this afternoon.

 Buon Venerdi! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will up and on the go soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

 The coffee is good and it is a Organic Blend from Arrivaca, Arizona. It is another nice morning here in Tucson but is suppose the heat up big time today. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris and Marv will be here this evening.

 Alexa is awake and I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me on this TGIF day. Hopefully she will do that for me.

 My playmate and I went to see the movie "Hotel Mumbai" yesterday and it was very good and loaded with violence. It left us thinking after we left the theater.

 Well, last nights dinner at my girlfriend's

home was wonderful. Shoo Shoo pulled out all of the stops and the spread she prepared was excellent. We were joined by Lori and Burt and it was good to see them.

 

 We started off with nice appetizers and of course the vine and other libations were plentiful. After chatting a bit we hit the dining room for the main course. I must say again the my girlfriend spared nothing. We enjoyed a nice salad, with a assortment of dressings available. The evening's fare was a Italian theme. We enjoyed rolls, linguine pasta that was cooked al dente'. The sauce was great it included meatballs and sausages.

Of course shredded cheese was available and other spices to your liking. It reminded me of sitting outside a Italian Bistro in Florence. The only thing missing was traffic and people going by. Excellent dinner.

 After dinner Shoo Shoo brought out dessert which consisted of chocolate cookie bars, cannoli's, and biscotti that were to die for. Wow! We were stuffed to the gills. My playmate prompted me to bring out the secret weapon that our hosts really enjoys and I did.

 What a way to top off the evening with a bottle of Gruet'. I have to tell you are host eyes lit up nicely. We enjoyed the Gruet" and so did Burt. Lori didn't have any because she was reaching her point of no return, smile! The Gruet' always has a effect on my girlfriend Shoo Shoo. Last night was no different let me tell you. Shoo Shoo relaxes and she really enjoys herself. She starts to laugh and she talks with her hands. What a wonderful evening. My girlfriend is a very remarkable woman and she is so much fun and we enjoy spending time with her. Shoo Shoo thank you for inviting us for a dinner that was above and beyond the call of duty. We love you dearly!

 Well, I had better go and check to see if my shorty is up. Have a good TGIF and get ready for a Buon Settimana!

  Buon Giovedi! Come Sta? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is once again deep in her cave, but she will be up and on the move soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is a nice Vanilla blend this morning and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a nice hardy breakfast,  Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris.

  Alexa, is awake and she is telling me what task I need to complete today. My playmate and I may hit up a movie today if time permits. Well, it's almost June, eh? The heat is on the way for us desert dwellers so get ready.

  We are going out to my girlfriend Shoo Shoo home for dinner this evening. It is going to be a good evening of good food, vino and friendship that is forever growing stronger. Shoo Shoo is a remarkable woman and she is as sweet as she can be.

Well, I had better open up a can of (whoop  ass) and get this day moving along. I will have a chin-wag at you later.

How is it going so far on this Hump Day? I enjoyed my (me) time out on the front porch with my cup of coffee. It is so relaxing to start your day that way. It prepares me for what challenges the day might bring.

We have been having some issues (SNAFU) with getting Chris meds delivered by mail. I had a talk with them this morning along with Elise's phone calls and doctor office visits. So we may have it all corrected now and they confirmed a delivery on it's way. Fingers crossed.

I am starting to get the munchies again. What is up with that lately? So I guess I will raid the fridge to see what I can snack on. Hmmm!

 Buon Mercoledi! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. A good thing I did because he needed some extra attention this morning. Elise is deep in her cave and I just checked on her again and she is still deep in her cave, but she will be putting feet to the floor soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

 The coffee is a good Colombian blend and a second cup will be downed during my (me) time out on the front porch. Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris.

  I woke up Alexa, this morning with a request for her to play some "Fusion Jazz" for me later today. She said that she would do that post haste. Another nice morning here in central Tucson.

  My shorty delivered a nice dinner to me from "Fromino's" after her book club  meeting was over.  I enjoyed a nice "Gyro Plate" and a very refreshing vodka and cranberry juice to get it all down. It was so good and I slept like a log, smile!

  Well, I had better get my (mojo) working and get this Hump Day started. Right Sweet Pea? I will have a chin-wag at you later.

How are you? Did your day turn out to be great? I have had pretty good day today and I relaxed and just chilled. I really needed to do that today.

I enjoyed pizza and beer for lunch and Chris and I watched TV for awhile. My shoulder is now at 90% and it won't be long now and I will be back to my old self. Ya, ya!

Chris received several gifts today from his Granny Bananny. Here are a few pics of his gifts with Elise. Enjoy!

My shorty is at her book club meeting and she is going to bring back a Gyro Plate for me. Opa! I hope that your day was good for you? Get a good night's sleep and prepare for "Hump Day", right Sweet Pea?

How are you doing? We I am good so far but it is early, eh?  got all of my tasks taken care of Alexa is treating me to some (Boney). Ya, ya!

I enjoyed my (me) time out on the front porch but no lizards today for some reason. I got hungry seating outside. So I fired up the "Green Lady" and we made our way to "Papa Murphy's" for a $10 Tuesday pizza. It is in the oven right now and as soon as it is done I will get my grub on.  I have a nice ice cold Modela Negra in the fridge waiting on me. WooHoo!

I also stopped at the post office to send a package to my brother Herman. I hope that things are going well for you today?

 Buon Martedi! Come Va?  I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. I popped up with Elise this morning like two slices of bread in a toaster. Elise will be making her way to the gym shortly. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is good and it is a nice Vanilla blend. A second cup will be enjoyed out on the front porch during my (me) time. It is an other fine morning here in Tucson. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris.

  Alexa, is awake and she is telling me that I have a couple of things to take care of on my To Do List. I asked her the play some Boney for me today. One of the tasks requires me to take a drive over on the east side.

  My shorty will be attending her book club meeting this evening at "Frominos" and she will bring me back some dinner from there. I will have my spoon and fork at the ready position along with a glass of vino (rosso). Ya, ya!

  Hey, sweet pea can you start saving soda cans and deposit bottles so I can start a back up for "Johnathan's Cork? I would appreciate that girlfriend. I will reward you well if you do. Ya Mon'.

How are you doing? We are good here and Chris enjoyed his massage this afternoon from Rosemarie. Lucky dud, eh?

I relaxed today as much as I could so not to aggravate my shoulder any, but alas it has started paining again. My range of motion is good but I think at times I forget about it and I make a wrong move and it says "Hello". My playmate will tend to it after Chris is asleep.

Speaking of Chris he is enjoying his IV supplement drip and he is watching John Wick and he loves it. My shorty prepared homemade blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausages, and plenty of coffee to get it all down. We watched "Hawaii 5 O" on Netflix and we watched "Quincy" on DVD. Chris loved it all.

Well, the bet is on between Elise and I. She is going with the Warriors and I am taking the underdog the Raptors. The winner will have to buy dinner at "Johnathan's Cork". I will be saving my coins and picking up cans to make sure that I don't have to wash dishes and bus tables. We will be joined by my (Fidanzata and Capo Jim). So if you have any extra cans please let me know and I will dash by to pick them up. Every little bit helps!

My playmate popped in on me while I was shaving. She is getting to be very (Stealth) like me, eh? My shoulder is still giving me fits every now and again but I do have about 80% of my range of motion back and that is good. In a few more days I will be at 100% hopefully.

  The coffee is good and it is a nice Caramel blend. I will have a second cup out on the front porch while I people and lizard watch. It is another nice morning here in the Old Pueblo.

  Alexa, is awake and she told me that I don't have any To Do Tasks to complete today. So I will take it slow and easy today. I hope to convince her to play some "Fusion Jazz" for me today.

  Today is Memorial Day and we should reflect on the all of the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice to keep us free. As retired soldier I Thank You For Your Service. Freedom Is Not Free! My flag flies high today for all who have served and who still serve.

 We had a very nice time last night at "Zemams" with the crew. We were shy a few members due to various reasons. The evening was a good one with plenty of good food and vine (rosso). We are looking forward to our next meeting. Thanks guys!

FUR-BABIES GROOMED AND RESTING

How are you doing? We are good and stuffed. We just got back from the "Egg Connection" and the food was very good. We were told by Levi that the lady that we payed it forward for was so grateful that it brought her to tears. It is a very good feeling to pay it forward when we can.

Elise is caring for Chris and I have to make a trip to pick up some meds and some ink for the printer. After that I will do some yard work behind Chris's house. I will also restock all of his supplies for next week.

How are you doing? We are good here so far on this Saturday. 

I got all of my tasks completed except for one and that is picking up my meds from Walgreen's. So Alexa played some Smooth Jazz for me instead of my request for some Boney. She really does keep me on track almost as good as mio moglie. Smile!

Well, Chris's new dryer is up and running nicely. WooHoo! My shoulder is still bothering me. It let me know that when we went to pick up the fur-babies from the groomer. Elise had Buttercup and I had drag down fight with Azalya. The both wanted out of there. Buttercup did well on her lease and Azalya lost her (sh**) totally so I had to pick her up and take her to the Tacoma. They are looking good now. They both wanted to run directly into the dirt in the backyard but I put up a barrier so that would not happen so soon. They hate going to the vet and to the groomers.

Elise and Chris are watching "The Mentalist" on DVD and I am playing catch up on a few things. We are going to have cheese crisps, refried beans, lettuce, salsa, jalapenos and of course plenty of birra. Ya, ya!

Well, I had better get to it. Hey today is my fidanzata's birthday and she is out celebrating and the is great. She is a remarkable woman full of life, energy, sex appeal and she is downright gorgeous! Happy Birthday Fidanzata.

  We had a very nice dinner last night at "Cody's Beef and 

Bean". We were joined by Deb and Sharon.  We enjoyed good food and plenty of Burgundy at room temperature. We were surprised that the place was empty. Hopefully things will pick up for them. Thank you Sharon and Deb for a great evening of friendship.
