Buon Giovedi! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am by opening my eyes and taking in a deep breath. I put my feet to the floor and I glanced over at mio moglie. I thanked my maker for allowing me to start a new year on this day. I want to thank my family, friends and my girlfriends for making my day very special. Thank you for the emails, cards, texts, phone calls and messages wishing me a  Happy Birthday. I am blessed to have in my life.

Today I will celebrate by opening gifts and cards from my dear ones. I will enjoy a nice chocolate cake made for me by my (fidanzata) and Capo Jim. I am looking forward to dinner this evening at PY Steakhouse compliments of Casino Del Sol with a overnight stay. Mio moglie are hoping that slots will be singing the birthday song as well, smile! I want to thank Sister Jayne for being here to care for Chris so we can get away.

I had better get this day moving forward. Have a good Giovedi and I am sure that I will thanks to you all. I will chat at you later.

Buon Mercoledi! Hump Day! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:20am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be up and about soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

I am prepared to care for Chris today just in case the caregiver is a no show. I want to thank everyone who wished me well yesterday. It was a rough day for me but I got through it and I am better this morning. I appreciate you very much.

The coffee is a good Breakfast Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a very nice morning here in Tucson. Hey we got some good rain yesterday with a earth-shaking thunderboomer. The boomer woke me up big time.

Alexa is awake and she that I have a few things to take care of today. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

I had a visit from my girlfriend Shoo Shoo yesterday, but I didn't get to see her. She dropped of a birthday gift for me with Elise. She is way too kind and good to me. I really do appreciate all of my girlfriends and I miss them all. Thank you Shoo Shoo I will have a look at the gift tomorrow on my birthday. It will be celebrated at Casino Del Sol with a dinner at PY Steakhouse and a free room stay courtesy of the casino. It is good be a (player).

The day is just about over, eh? How was yours? It has been a busy day around here. The cloudy weather felt nice today.

The "Green Lady" gave me a hug today after she got her passenger side sun visor replaced. She has a big smile on her nameplate.

Here is my latest rock creation. Enjoy! We are working on flower pots and having a very good time with them.

I prepared Grilled Cheese Sandwich's for dinner. Elise had sliced tomatoes, and avocado and baby carrots. I had a Grilled Ham and Cheese with baby carrots and cottage cheese. It was all good. We watched "Bloodline" on Netflix with Chris.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is watching TV and  enjoying his supplemental drip. My shorty is in the main house watching the news. I am going to hit the sheets early tonight if possible because I am dragging. Tomorrow I have a few tasks to take care of. I may try to get a nap in on the hammock tomorrow.

Buon Lunedi!  How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:30am caring for Chris. Up early due to I didn't sleep well. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and on the go soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good French Vanilla and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is another nice morning here in the valley of Tucson.

Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemarie will be here to give Chris and Elise a massage. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to take care of today. I asked her to play some "Allstar Smooth Jazz" for me today.

We are still working on new rocks. We will start to paint some flower pots as well. I will not be making a trip to the Cortez location today.

Hey my Sous Chef out did herself last night. She prepared Chicken Fried Rice with  Veggies. It was plate-licking good. Brava Sous Chef! She also prepared "White Russians" with soft serve ice cream that hit the spot. Have a look!

Buon Domenica! How are you? I started the day off at 5:15am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over to Chris's house soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is a very nice morning here in Tucson.

Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have my normal Domenica chores to complete. I asked here to play some "Inspirational Music" for me today.

My shorty and I are working on new rocks today. We will make a trip over to the Cortez location this morning.

Well yesterdays "Chef Day" was a success. My Sous Chef and I prepared "Tuscan White Bean Soup" with cornbread. It was so good. So good that I had two helpings. Sister Jayne enjoyed the meal as well with a cerveza. I am looking forward to the next "Chefs Day". I even sent the Tuscan White Bean recipe to my (fidanzata). It is that good!

Tomorrow I will be taking the "Green  Lady" in to have some new visors installed. That will make her smile. This upcoming week is going to be a busy one. We will be celebrating my birthday on Thursday courtesy of Casino Del Sol. I am being treated to a overnight stay and dinner. We are looking forward to it. Hopefully the casino will treat us to a nice "Cha Ching" as well. It is good to be a (player), eh?

How re you doing so far on this Sabato? We are good here in Central Tucson. My  playmate just got back from running errands and now she is watching tV with Chris

Chris and I relaxed and watched TV today as well. He really enjoyed Starship Troopers. He was glued to the TV screen.

Our dinner is coming along nicely. I am cooking it real slow and easy. Here is what it looks like at the present time. Are you drooling yet? You should be don't you know? My Sous Chef will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen very soon. She decided that the libation for this evening would be Jack and Coke. As a matter of fact we are enjoying a taste right now. Ya Mon'.

The coffee is a good Breakfast Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. I was awaked during the night by a unpleasant dream and I don't remember the details. So I will keep my eyes and ears wide open just in case. It is another nice morning here in Tucson and we are heading for the 90's. Those triple digits are not to far away.

I am caring for Chris today up until when Sister Jayne arrives this evening. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks for today. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today.

My shorty and I are still working on new rocks. I will not be making a trip over to the Cortez location but we will tomorrow morning on our way to breakfast.

Well today is a Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be preparing a Tuscan White Bean Soup with cornbread. My Sous Chef will prepare the cornbread and she will select a libation for the meal. Are you getting hungry yet? I know that you are. We both will be donning our aprons that were made by my longtime friend and Angel.

We are really having a hard time not being able to do the things we used to do. Hopefully we will be able to get back to being our normal self's. I miss my girlfriends really bad and I hope that they miss us.

Hey Chefs Day was a huge success. My Sous Chef and I prepared "Miso Salmon with Garlic Risotto". We over ate big time. Rosemary enjoyed the meal as well. Today Sister Jayne is in for a culinary delight. I have to tell I was so full that I had to hit the sheets early. The meal put us both to sleep. Ya Mon'. Have a look!

How was your day? It has been a good one here but very busy. I have no idea why the past few days have been so busy. I can say that tomorrow will be a lax day, hopefully, smile!

My playmate prepared breakfast for dinner. We enjoyed homemade blueberry pancakes, sausages, eggs and coffee. We watched "Bloodline" on Netflix with Chris. It is a very good series with lots of twists and turns.

I am caring for Chris tonight and Elise is in the main house watching to news. Chris is relaxing and downing his supplemental drip. He is also watching TV.

I have gathered all of the fixings for tomorrows Chef Day. We are going to have a special libation to go with tomorrows dinner. My girlfriend Shoo Shoo would love it for sure. Right Shoo Shoo?
