Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have to make a trip over on the eastside today. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

I will be working on my rock today. My playmate and I will be hitting up the movies to see "Wakanda".

My dinner from "Leo's" that my shorty got for me was very good. I had a nice, ice cold (birra) to go along with it.

How was your day? Mine was filled with ups and downs, but I got through it.

Chris and I watched a few movies on TV today and we both enjoyed it.

I started a new rock today and I may be able to finish it up tomorrow.

I was doing some clearing out in the Cactus Garden this afternoon. I had on a pair of heavy-duty gloves, and I still got attacked by the Jumping Cactus. Both of my hands have needles in them, and they let me know that they are in there good. Arrgh!

I am caring for Chris tonight. My shorty is at "Leo's with her book club. I put in a request for a #5 on the menu. It is called the "Viva" it is three enchiladas with rice and beans. I have a few (birra's) in the fridge that are nice and cold.

Chris is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. Chris gave the caregiver a run for her money today. He worked her very hard!

Well, I had better check on Chris. Get a good night's sleep so you can be ready for Hump Day. I will chat at you later.

The coffee is a good Colombian Blend, and a second cup will be downed later this morning. It is a clear morning here in Tucson.

Jackie will be here this morning to care for Chris. Chris didn't receive his massage yesterday day due to Rosemarie had a car issue. She will be here on Friday to rub him down. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to complete today. I will be taking Sister Jayne to another appointment this afternoon. I asked Alexa to play some " Funk Jazz" for me today.

Chris the iRobot will be coming out of his cradle this morning to clean the main house carpet.

I will be working on a new rock today if all goes well. This Friday my shorty and I will be going to the Leo Rich Theater to see "Reveille" put on a show. We will be dining downtown that evening.

Was your day a good one? It has been a pretty good one here today in Tucson.

I got all of my tasks taken care and that always makes me happy.

My shorty got on me today for (ghosting) on a post that I made a couple days ago. It was the post with packing label from "Omaha Steaks". It was an early Christmas gift from mia moglie to me. I guess I was so happy about the gift that I totally ghosted it. Smile.

My playmate prepared "French Toast, eggs, sausages and plenty of coffee to get it down. It was delicious. We started a new series on "Netflix" titled "The Green Gloved Gang". It is very good, and it was suggested by my girls Sharon and Deb.

I am caring for Chris this evening and my shorty is in the main house watching the news. Chris is enjoying his supplemental drip and I will give him some avocado in a bit. He calls it the (green goop). 

We hope that today went your way. Get a good night's sleep so you can be ready for "Taco Tuesday". 

I started my Christmas shopping today and I have quite a bit more to do.

Jackie will be here this morning to care for Chris. Chris will be getting a massage today from Rosemarie. He is looking forward to it like always. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to complete today. Starting with taking Sister Jayne to her doctor's appointment at 9:00am. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today.

I will be working on a new rock today and my shorty will be starting a new one soon.

Yesterday was loaded with plenty of football and we are ready for some "Monday Night Football". How about those "Chiefs and Eagles"? Great games!

My playmate is caring for Chris today up until 5:00pm when Sister Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I have my usual Domenica tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Funk Jazz" for me today.

I will start a new rock today if time permits. Today is going to be another football day. Go Chiefs! Hey, how about my homies the "Wolverines", they beat "Ohio State". Woohoo!

My shorty and I went to the "Roadhouse Cinema" to see the movie "She Said". I have to tell you it was excellent. the applause at the end just added to the movie and we recommend it for sure.

I am caring for Chris today up until 5:00pm when Sister Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

I will be starting a new rock creation today if time permits.

Well, our family Thanksgiving started off very late, but we got through it. I have to give big praise to the Sous Chef for preparing a very good meal with all of the fixings. It was good to see the family members gather together. We missed all of the family members who could not make it this year. The Sous Chef and I found ourselves nibbling and sampling food as she prepared it. The late start really had our appetite going haywire. Once we all sat at the table, we all were stuffed. The (soul) portion of the dinner was enjoyed by Sister Jayne and me. It was a nice sweet potato pie that is part of our culture. It was delicious! Here are a few pictures that I took of the event. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be another day spent in the (cucina) for my Sous Chef and me. Sous Chef will be in charge today in the (cucina). We will be preparing for the (famiglia) Thanksgiving Dinner today. I asked Alexa to play some music to cook by. This event is supposed to kick off at 2pm. We shall see, smile! Today the traditional Thanksgiving fare will be served. Of course, a few (bottiglie)  of vino rosso and vino bianco will be available. Ya Mon'!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and it was delicious, and we shared it with Sister Jayne. We were stuffed, so stufffed that we could not have any dessert. Our nephew Zack is here, and he enjoyed a nice plate as well. Here is what we enjoyed!

I will be in the (cucina) pretty much all day today. I will be preparing a (soul) dish for our Thanksgiving dinner. We will have our traditional Thanksgiving on Friday with the family.

If time permits, I will complete my latest rock creation today. I may get the "Green Lady" washed today so she can broaden her faceplate smile.

22 NOV MY NIECE TAMIKA IN DETROIT

What is up? How was your day?  Well, the caregiver showed up today.

I spend a couple of hours at the Fiat Dealer having a part put on that I ordered during the last service. The "Green Lady" is fine and happy. She has a small crack in her Serpentine Belt, so I ordered a new. As soon as it comes in, I will have it replaced. I have to take care of her so she can take care of me, smile! Just like my (girlfriends) do for me. Right girlfriends?

I got my other shopping completed for our Thanksgiving Meal as well. I will begin to cook for the holiday tomorrow. I have must put some (soul) in our Thanksgiving Meal. Can you feel me? The Chef is going to be really busy for the next few days.

My playmate prepared breakfast for dinner. We downed homemade waffles, sausages, eggs and plenty of coffee to get it all down.

We watched "Patrick Melrose" on DVD from Netflix. It is pretty good. Chris enjoyed it with us. I started a new rock today and I will complete it tomorrow if time permits.

I am caring for Chris tonight and my shorty is in her office on her Mac.

Hey, we got a scare yesterday afternoon. The lights in the freezer of the main house fridge went out. So, I put a new bulb in, and it didn't work. So, I looked inside the fridge to see if the light and it was off too!  First thing that I thought was that "Thanksgiving" was not going to take place this year. I checked the fuse box circuit breakers, and they were all good. I panicked and I started to look at new refrigerators to buy. I thought that I have to give Elise a call to let her know what was going on. I decided to pull the fridge out so I can have a look at the back of it. I found that somehow the cord had come out of the outlet. So, I plugged it back in and it came to life. I was glad because I had two parts of that $250.00 Prime Rib in the freezer. I told Elise what happened when she returned home. I could breathe again, smile!

Chris is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip.  I picked up a Lemon Pie for him today and I will give him a sample later this evening.

How was your day? It has been a very busy one for my playmate and me. We had to fill in for the caregiver who was a no show this morning. Once again, I was stuck in the house and my plans for the day went (kaput).

The caregiver's agency called to say that she got sick on the way to work, and she returned home. Hopefully she will be here tomorrow. I have a 7:00am "Green Lady" appointment in the morning.

I also need to get some shopping done for our Thanksgiving Day. The family's Thanksgiving will be on Friday here as well. I have quite a bit of prepping to do to get ready for Thursday.

My playmate prepared soup for dinner with crackers, cottage cheese, and baby carrots. It was very good.

We watched a new series on DVD from Netflix. It is weird but very good. Chris enjoyed watching with us.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. I am caring for him tonight and my shorty is on her Mac and listening to the "Cardinals" and the 49'ers play football in Mexico. It is raining pretty good there. Go Cardinals!

I will be chatting with (mia moglie) about the Thanksgiving meal. We will have two Thanksgiving meals. Ours on Thanksgiving Day and the families on Friday. Lots of planned is needed to prevent (Snafus), smile!

Well, Chefs Day was a tasty and filling success. I prepared Spaghetti with an Italian Ragu. We had Garlic Butter Rolls, Garlic French Bread, Peppers and a nice (vino rosso) to get it all down. We were stuffed and so was Sister Jayne. Have a look!

Buongiorno! Buona Domenica!  How are you doing? We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Breakfast Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is a clear, but very windy morning here in Tucson.

Elise is caring for Chris today. Alexa is awake and she said that I have to make a trip out on the airbase today. I asked her to play some music to cook by today.

Yes, today is "Chefs Day". My Sous Chef and I will once again be tossing around pots and pans while we burn in the (cucina). Today will prepare "Spaghetti ala Italian Sausage Ragu". We will also have a salad, Garlic Bread, and of course a good libation selection by my, Sous Chef. I am also thinking about some "Thrifty Strawberry Ice Cream for dessert. Ya Mon'.

We enjoyed our very restful staycation at the "Courtyard Marriott" at the airport. This staycation was very relaxing. We played video games on the trip laptop for hours and hours and it took us two days to complete it. Now we have a new video game on deck.

We devoured my "World Famous Jalapeno Dip". It was delicious. We made our way over to "Casino Del Sol" and we had a few "Cha Chings". Here are the winnings.

DROPPED AT "GUS BALONES"

One evening we enjoyed a good dinner from "Pollo Nuevo". It was very good, and it went well with our Jack and Cokes".

We also went to the movies to see "Menu". It was excellent and very creepy. Our type of entertainment indeed.

We visited "Desert Diamond Casino" as well. I had over $300.00 in player points on my players club card and we used it to play slots. My playmate didn't like it that I played it all away, but I am not there to get rich but to enjoy myself and to leave some of my (stress) level there. It works for me all of the time. Here is one of the "Cha Chings" there.

It was a very good staycation, and I am looking forward to the next one.

On our way home yesterday, we stopped at "Gus Balones" breakfast. We also picked up a new batch of rocks for painting. WooHoo!

Last night we enjoyed a good dinner at "The Monica" in downtown Tucson. The food was very good, and the place was packed with people. I had a pizza, and my shorty had the salmon. After dinner we strolled over the "Arizona Theater Company" to see the live play "The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley". It was very good. We were joined by my (cognata) for the play.

We returned home to call it game over. It is a good thing that the "Dew Drop Inn " rooms are always ready. My (cognata) decided to stay overnight. I was told that she was not going to earlier. I hit the pillow and my playmate stayed up with her sister. It is now 11:00pm.

Well, I had better check on Chris. Today will also be loaded with football games. Go Chiefs! Stay safe and I will chat at you later.
