Has your day been as busy as mine? I enjoyed my in -service class about Hoarding Disorder.

Hey,we are being rained on right now. WooHoo! I have a feeling that something is coming up and it is going to piss me off. I am looking forward to it with my best defense.

Chris is having a very good day and I received a call from his case manager office saying that we are  taking care of Chris exceptionally well. She was impressed with Chris home and the way we have it organized for his comfort. That brightened my day by leaps and bounds. There are so many things going on right now that I developed a severe headache and I had to take something for it this afternoon. I usually don't take anything but this one was killer. Well, the rain has stopped. Arghh!

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is at her Book Club meeting. The are gathering at "Trattoria Pina". They have some very good food there. My shorty is going to bring me back some lasagna for my dinner. Yes, I will have a glass or three of red to get it all down. Smile.

I did a bit more research on our 2018 Hawaii trip today. I am enjoying it a lot. Well, here is a bit more about our trip to the Bahamas. Have a wonderful evening and sleep well.

   It's a Tricky Tuesday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise popped up with me this morning like a toaster strudel to start her day. She looked oohed, gooey and delicious, smile! Any plans for today?

   The coffee just finished brewing and it is very good. It is supposed to rain today here in the Old Pueblo. We shall see, eh? I was going to have the Fiat 500L Trekking washed today but I think I will hold off.

   I just checked my To Do List and it is going to be another busy day for me. Zack will be here this morning to care for Chris. I will be in a Hoarding Disorder class this morning and it should be interesting.

   I will post more about the Bahamas trip later today. I will continue checking into our future trip to Maui and Kauai, Hawaii today as well. Kauai is a very expensive place, more so than Maui. Air travel between the two islands is about $250.00 round trip and a rental car is needed as well.

   I had better get my (mojo) working,eh? Have a good Tricky Tuesday.

Was your day a good one? It has been a very busy one for me let me tell you.

I got a lot of my To Do List taken care of but I have plenty more to tackle. As a matter of fact I have about 12 more tasks to complete. WooHoo!

My shorty prepared breakfast for dinner. We had French toast, sausage patties and a few cups of coffee to get it all down.

Tomorrow I will start the day off in a "Hoarding Disorder" class. Once I get back home I will hit my To Do List. Zack will be here in the morning while I am in class. He will be assessed by his manager while he is working with Chris. He should do fine.

I am caring for Chris tonight. Elise just left for her "Tucson Women's Chorus" practice. I have been researching options for our 2018 trip to Hawaii today. It is going to be a very expense trip for eight days but it is doable if planned right. My playmate and I are looking forward to this one. A return trip to Hawaii is going to super. Yeah Mon'. This trip we will be joined by Bobby and Marv.

I will post more about the Bahamas tomorrow if I don't get bogged down. Have a wonderful evening and sleep well.

Hey how are you doing so far today? Things are going well and I am getting caught up on the many tasks that are on my  To Do List.

I am about to get Chris up so we can take a stroll in the hood. I got all of my tasks done that required me to get in the Fiat 500L Trekking. I have a lot of paperwork to get done though.

My stomach is starting to rumble a bit so I have to tend to that as well,smile! Well, here is a little bit about our first day in Miami at the Embassy Suites.

Frau Elise and I departed Tucson at around 7:30am on 19 Feb 17. We arrived in Dallas/Ft.Worth airport with a little time to grab something to eat before our connecting flight to Miami.

We arrived in Miami and we got our luggage and we got the Embassy Suites shuttle to the hotel. We checked in and our suite is very nice. We relaxed a bit and we had a couple of Jack and Cokes. You know that is how we always start a stay-cation or a vacation. It is Standard Operating Procedure for us. (SOP). Smile!

After our cocktails we headed to down to the lobby are for Happy Hour that was on presented by the Embassy Suites. We enjoyed gin and tonics, trail mix and that sort of fair. We enjoyed people watching while we got our drink on. We switched to whiskey and diet Pepsi. It was good and strong too! 

After Happy Hour we went back to our suite to set up things for tomorrows trip back to the airport to meet the cruise reps. We prepared our clothing choice for the next day as well. We hit the sheets because because we were going to get up for the complimentary breakfast to start our day. It was surprisingly very good. Wonderful omelettes. 

We checked out and jumped on the Embassy Suites shuttle back to the airport. We meet up with the reps and we had a short wait before the cruise bus arrived. We hopped on and we were on our way to the docks. It was a very short ride.

We checked in and we got our suite keys for for the ship. After a short wait we boarded the (Sky) and we waited on our luggage to be delivered and for our suite to be ready. We walked around the ship to see where everything was. We even grabbed some lunch in the Garden Buffet. We were informed that our suite was ready and we checked it out. It was very nice and we loved the balcony. We relaxed and waited for our departure to begin later in the evening. A good way to start a vacation off indeed.

   It's a Monday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning. Hopefully she will be putting feet to the floor soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee just finished brewing and it has kicked in nicely. I will enjoy a second cup for sure maybe three. It is going to be a very, very busy day for me today. I have a lot of catching up on since our return from the Bahamas.

   Tomorrow morning I will be attending a class on "Hoarding Disorders". It should be very interesting for sure. A very touchy topic.

   I has a very nice visit with Stu yesterday at the VA. After I talk with Shoo Shoo, I will post about the visit due to it is a very private and personal matter.

   I will post about the first day of our trip to the Bahamas today if time permits. I have finished going through all of the pictures finally, smile!

   Well, I need to get to it. Have a good Monday and have a great upcoming week.

How are you? We just got back from having dinner at "Oregano's". We are both stuffed. We enjoyed a nice thin crust pizza, a bottle of red, and two Bellini's.

Elise has hit the sheet to read. Jayne is here caring for Chris. We brought her back some pizza. I have heard from Shoo Shoo and I am waiting on an answer from her about what I should post to the blog regarding Stu.

We hope that you day has been a good one? Tomorrow I will have to print up more To Do List for next week. Have a great night and get plenty of sleep.

Hey, how is it going? Elise and I had a very nice breakfast at the "Egg Connection". The food was as good as ever, but the prices have gone up and they have new menu. It was packed and that is always a good thing.

Elise is caring for Chris today. I just returned from the VA Hospital visiting Stu. We had a very good visit and he is doing well. He is going to have more tests done before he is allowed to come home. I will contact Shoo Shoo before I give out more about Stu. I need her permission to do so. Please keep those prayers coming.

I am caring for Chris right now while my playmate is on the massage table. We are going to "Oregano's" for some pizza and vino for dinner this evening. Jayne will be here to care for Chris. It is a little overcast here in the "Old Pueblo".

I need to get back to Chris and hopefully I can start to post about our trip to Miami and the Bahamas. Hopefully nothing pops up to stop it. OK, Jane don't go there, but I know that you did.

   It's a Sunday! How are you doing Mon'? I started the day of at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over soon. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is good and we will have a second and a third cup at the "Egg Connection" along with breakfast.

   Elise and I are totally relaxed and feeling good. We enjoyed our trip to Miami and the Bahamas. We have to go on a serious diet because we got our grub on big time. A fantastic trip. I will post more about it after I have finished reviewing the pictures. It is always good to be back at home.

   Again my playmate and I would like to thank Lois, Meg and Drusilla for keeping an eye out for us while we were away. We also like to thank all of the caregivers for being here for Chris as well.

   We are also asking that you continue saying prayers for Shoo and Stu. Stu is still in hospital. I will be visiting Stu this morning after breakfast. Please continue your prayers for Jayne's brother who is out of the hospital and doing much better. Thank you!

Hey how is it going? We had a very nice breakfast this morning at "Gus Balones" with Bobby . The  food was very good and plentiful. The place was packed and that is always a good thing.

My playmate is all packed and ready to go. I will complete my packing after Zack finishes his shift with Chris. We are going to rest and relax for the rest of the day because we have to hit the sheets early tonight. At least Frau Elise will. I will follow suit after Jayne finishes her shift with Chris tonight.

It is still very windy and cloudy here but no rain as of yet. I will post one more time today to say our good-byes before we leave in the morning. We will have our tablets and cells with us. I will be doing a second check to make sure that Chris is all set and that he has all he needs while we are away.

   It's the Weekend! Sup? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Frau Elise is not in her cave so she will be up and starting her day soon. Any plans for today?

   The coffee just finished brewing and it is so good. A second cup will be had for sure along with a loaded chocolate chip cookie.Maybe!

   It is a windy morning here in Tucson and we are looking for some rain and colder temps over the weekend.

   We are going to have breakfast this morning at "Gus Balones". Bobby is going to join us for this meal. Zack will be here this morning to care for Chris and Jayne will be here this evening.

   My To Do List shows that today is going to be a very busy day. We will be packing up our suitcases and checking out cruise paperwork for the final time.

   We had a very nice dinner at "Cody's Beef and Beans" last night. We were joined by Bobby and Colin. The food was excellent as always and it was good to meet Colin.

    Well, I need to get busy and get this day moving forward. Have a wonderful weekend and stay safe, sound, happy and always keep one eye open.

Hey,did your day end well? Ours did. We just got back from "Cody's Beef and Bean". We were joined by Colin and Bobby. Colin and Bobby finally got to meet up with each other. It was a good time and the dinner was as good as always.

Elise has hit the sheets to read and I will follow her lead after I check on Chris after Marv's shift ends. I am watching a little TV until then.

Tomorrow is going to be a very, very busy day. We are going to start off by having breakfast at "Gus Balone's"  with Bobby. Zack will be here to care for Chris and Jayne will be here in the evening. Frau Elise and I will be packing our suitcases for our cruise tomorrow, and checking it twice.

It's the Freaking Weekend! Bounce and have some fun!

How is it going? Things are good here, yes they are. WooHoo! I just completed my To Do List tasks for today except for this evening's outing at "Cody's Beef and Bean".

Frau Elise is at the gym getting her workout on. It is nice and sunny here in Tucson but we are going to see some rain and a drop in temps over the next few days. I just fed the fur-babies and now they are taking a nap. Go figure!

Frau Elise and I will talking over and finalizing our packing list today. We will pack up our suitcases tomorrow and do a final check of paperwork and Frau Elise will print up our boarding passes for our flight early Sunday morning. We are starting to be excited about our cruise to the Bahamas but I always reserve a little caution for whatever we do. Smile! That's just me!

   The coffee is brewing and my cup is at the ready. It is a medium dark, smooth, earthy,medium body Sumatran Mandheling. I know that a second cup will be enjoyed. Jayne is here caring for Chris this morning.

   My To Do List is loaded with tasks to complete. too include going to "Cody's Beef and Bean" this evening for dinner. Can you say T-bone special with a carafe of room temperature Burgundy? We will without a doubt.

   We say the movie "Return To Zander" and it was very good and loaded with action. Vin Diesel is very good in this one with a surprise visit by Ice Cube.

Hey, how is it going? Things are good here. We just got back from the airbase. Elise purchased some new Bose headphones to replace the one that quit working.

We are going to go to the movies this afternoon to see "Return To Zander". We saw the previews and it is going to be good.

We talked about what to wear on Sunday morning when we leave for Miami. It is going to be cold here in Tucson so we will have to layer correctly. We will pack up our suitcases on Saturday and we will go over all of the paperwork etc;.

I have to tell you I am starving about right now. I will wait until we get to the movies to chow down on some popcorn. We hope that your day is going your way?

How are you doing? I am good. My To Do List is completed and I am resting up. I am kicked back on the chaise and I am listening to Contemporary Jazz on Echo Dot 2nd edition. I also enjoyed a nice loaded chocolate chip cookie as my treat for today. Jane, Woohoo!

Bobby is here caring for Chris. Elise should be home from her writing group. We will get dinner started and that will be a good thing because I have the serious munchies. Smile! It is still very windy here in the valley of Tucson.

My shorty and I will be going over our paperwork and itinerary for our cruise in a day or so. We have to make sure that we have all that we need and that things are on the right track here for Chris and the caregivers.

Hey, have you tried your Valentines candy yet? I haven't but I am eyeing it right now and I am trying to hold off until after dinner. I bought the fur-babies more food to make sure that they are covered while we are away. Don't want them to turn into fur-zombies and go on the rampage. Smile!

How was your Valentine's Day? I had a good one. My shorty bought me a heart of filled with candy and along with came a very nice card. I got her a heart of "See's" Fine Candy, flowers and a card. I want to thank all of my girlfriends and family for all of the emails, cards and calls.  I am one lucky guy!

We were visited by Dottie and her daughter Margo. It was good to be able to finally put a face to a name. It was a good visit and I had to give Dottie a hard time when she arrived at the door.

I prepared some chocolate chip cookies today that were loaded Jane and they are so good. Yeah Buddy! I will enjoy one just before I hit the sheets.

Elise prepared homemade waffles for dinner. We also had sausages and eggs with plenty of coffee. We watched "Longmire" with Chris on Netflix.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is in her office on her desktop. Have a good night and sleep well.

How are you doing on this Valentine's Day? Well,, I have just completed my To Do List except for going out on the airbase. I moved that forward for tomorrow so I can be here when Dottie and her daughter stop by for a visit with us. I cannot miss that because I am going rag on Dottie to her daughter. I know I am a bad dude, smile!

I have been looking at the Bahamas and what they have to offer for us when we get there. I also have been exploring the ship the Norwegian Sky as well to see what all she has to offer as well. I am pleased to say that they are many casino's in Nassau. Cha Ching Ching! Hopefully.

Well, Chris will be over in a bit after his walk so I had better tie up a few loose ends before I take over from Zack. Enjoy your day.

Elise prepared Red Beans and Rice for dinner with baby carrots and cherry tomatoes. It was delicious.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise just left for the "Tucson Women's Chorus" practice. We watched a few episodes of "Longmire" on Netflix with Chris. It is a very good series.

   It is a very windy morning here in Tucson. We were awakened a little past midnight last night. We had big wind and a little rain and we got hailed on. Yes hailed. The sound of it hitting the roof and the patio awning was very loud. I will give the cars a once over to make sure that they were not damaged.

  My To Do List is loaded with tasks for today. It is going to be a very busy week before we head to the Bahamas on Saturday. Have a good day and stay safe.

Hey, what is up? Jane don't go there! We had a very nice breakfast with Sheila at the Egg Connection. It was packed and we had to wait to be seated.

Well, I just completed everything on my To Do List. WooHoo! I even got my ears lowered as well. Yep, I have got to look extra good on our up coming cruise, smile! Right girlfriends?

My girlfriend Flo sent me a very nice heart shaped cactus pad pic. She is a dear and she is the first of my girlfriends to do that. Yes!

Now I have received a Happy Valentines Day from Dottie the Queen of the Slots. Thank you Dottie. I also just received a Valentines Day card online from my girlfriend Jane. Nice! Hey to all my girlfriends keep it up, I like it. My shorty received her Valentines Day flowers today and a nice big box of See's Candy.

I am restocking Chris's supplies for next week. I also need to get some yard work done behind Chris's house as well. I hope that your day is going to the way you want it to?

   It's a Sunday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over soon. Any plans for today?

  The coffee just finished brewing and it is good. I will have another cup for sure.  We are going to have breakfast at the "Egg Connection" with Sheila this morning. Speaking of Sheila, she is occupying Do Drop Inn room #2. 

  We had a very nice time at the "Outback". The food was very good. We all enjoyed Steak and Lobster. The tall gin and tonics were flowing freely as well. For dessert Sheila enjoyed a Irish Coffee and Elise and I downed a "Walla B Darned" with a red chaser. We were stuffed to the gills. We returned home and we watched the "Wildcats" basketball game. 

  It is going to be a very busy day for me according to my To Do List. I even have to make a trip out to the airbase. We are meeting up with Paula and Marty this this evening at "Zemans". Normally Shoo and Stu would join us but Stu is under the weather and staying home. Please continue those prayers for a speedy recovery for Stu.

  Well, it is quickly approaching our cruise to the Bahamas. We leave on the 19th and we will return on the 24th. This is going to be a very relaxing cruise for us. Can you say (Rum)? We will for sure.
