Buon Mercoledi! Hump Day! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and on the go soon to start her day. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Butter Toffee Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a mild morning here in the valley of Tucson. It is forecasted to rain tomorrow morning. We will see, eh?
Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be very busy for me. I will be making my way over to the Northside to buy some Catfish filets for this weekend. Today I will be donning my (chefs) hat and apron to prepare my Stuffed Green Pepper Casserole. I will be uncorking bottle of vino rosso so it can breathe. I can taste that vino already. Ya Mon'.
I will be making a trip over to the Cortez location to drop off and pick up this morning as well.
My shorty and I will be finishing up some new rocks today. If all goes well we will start new ones today. Well I had better get this Humper moving along, right Sweet Pea? Have a good day and I will have a chat at you later. Stay safe!
