Mood: Rested! Slapped and Tickled!

It's the Weekend! How are you doing? We are good here in Central Tucson. We are resting up for our short stay cation at the DDC and our visit to the Cow Palace.
We checked into the DDC yesterday and we hit the Jack before we went down to play a few slots. It was looking bleak for a while but it picked up to the tune of winning $400.00. Yes,we quit playing for sure.
We left the casino and we drove the "Cow Palace were we met up with Vickie, Mike and Patty. We enjoyed a very nice dinner. I had the catfish platter and Elise had liver and onions. We both enjoyed a couple of glasses of red. The place was packed with people standing in line waiting to be seated. It was a nice evening filled with laughs, and good food.

After dinner we made plans for our next meeting that will take place on Fourth Ave here in Tucson. We are going to take the streetcar to get there. It is going to be fun. Thank you Mike, Vickie and Patty for a great evening.
We returned to the DDC and we played a few slots before we called it a night. We got up early the next morning so we could get on the Keno slots. Well,it is a good thing that we did because we came away with $1000.00 playing Keno. Cha Ching! Loraine did you hear the slot sing? It was a great time at the DDC.

We left the DDC feeling very good. We ended up at "Gus Balones" for breakfast and it was delicious. After breakfast we went home and we went to the movies in the afternoon. We met up with Papa John and Jane. We saw the movie "Creed". It was excellent and very well done. Talk is about a sequel being done which would be fantastic.
After the movie we returned home for a short while. After Marv arrived my playmate and I went to Happy Hour at "La Parrilla Suiza". The food and margaritas were out of sight.
After Happy Hour we drove over to the "Live Theater Workshop to see the premiere of the play "No Way To Treat A Lady" All I can say is that it is wonderful with a laugh a minute. We recommend this one for sure. What a way to end a day. Cha Ching!
We are going to spend this evening at Bucky and Dena's home. We are going to play some "Wizard". It is going to be another great time. Jayne will be here caring for Chris this evening.
