Hello!

Hello!

Well, I am back from taken care of my errand at the office. Yes, it was an error on the staffs part and I am good to go now.

Chris is resting nicely and Elise is out and about.
Here is a bit about our stay-cation in Phoenix, Mesa, and Chandler.

We got a very sweet deal at the Marriott Courtyard thanks to my brother Herman. Our room was very nice and very quiet.

On our first night we met up with our niece Sara and her roommate Donna at a place called the "Stockyards". It is a very swanky place and the food was delicious. It is always a pleasure to see Sara. Her roommate Donna is very nice and we liked her from the first glance.

The next day Elise and I we hit the movies to see "Train Wreck" and it was very  funny even if the critics didn't like it. That evening we picked up JT and George and we went to the Wild Horse Pass Casino and Hotel. We had a very nice dinner and then we hit the slots. We didn't have much luck but it was fun to spend time with  JT and George.

The next day we hit the movies again. That evening we joined up with Amanda, Lloyd and Sheila. We talked for a bit before we headed out to dinner at a Thai restaurant. The food was excellent and the service beyond reproach. It was was a great evening.

After we said good night to Amanda and Lloyd we went to an Irish pub called "Harps". Elise, Sheila and I enjoyed being there and we downed 6 Magner's cider ales. They were very good. After that we drove Sheila home and we headed back to the Courtyard to call it a night.

The next morning after breakfast we headed home. We stopped in Casa Grande to see a movie. We got home and we unloaded the Fiat and we left for "Oregano's for pizza, vino and Bellini's. Great food is always had at "Oregano"s. We returned home and that ended our stay-cation. We had a very nice time.

Here are a few pic's that I took. Enjoy!
