The coffee is a good Jamaican Blend, and a second cup will be downed at "Bread and Butter" along with a good breakfast. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, it is Chefs Day. Mia Moglie and I will be back in the (cucina) burning up pots and pans. Since it is the 4th, we will be hooking up some Burgers and Fries. My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal.
Hey, we still need some rain here in the desert... We are under an extreme heat warning for the next few days. Let's hydrate desert dwellers.
Mia Moglie and I are making progress with our "Professional Life Coach" online course. It is very interesting.
