How are you? I started the day off at 5:35am looking in on Chris. Elise is caring for Chris this morning. I am on my first cup of coffee and I had to grind some beans this morning, to get my first cup. It is very good!
Well, we had a very nice time last night at La Sperenza Restaurant last night with Paula and Marty, Richard and Mary. We were there to honor our dearly departed Guiseppe (Pepi) Roni and to enjoy a fine Italian dinner with his family and friends. Four days ago
restauranteur Guiseppe (Pepi) Roni was found murdered in the kitchen of his renowned New York City eatery, La Sperenza. Pepi had been shot in the back with his own pistol. So all of the family and a few friends gathered to feast in his honor, but one of them is a murderer.
In attendance was Rocco Scarfazzi Pepi's twin brother. Tara Misi is Rocco's vivacious young fiancee. Mama Rosa is Pepi's grieving widow. Marco Roni is Pepi and Mama Rosa's only son. Angel is Pepi and Mama Rosa's beautiful daughter, and finally their is Bo Jalais who is a cousin of Rocco. What a group, eh? Can you guess who the murderer was? Capische?
It was a very nice evening and it was fun to be a part of Pasta, Passion and Pistols, we hope to do another Murder Mystery real soon. Thank you Paula and Marty for being excellent hosts. We are going to go out for breakfast this morning with Elise's Mum as usual. We are going to the Village Inn, they have good pancakes. Later in the day we have having Elise's Mum over for catfish and fries, I love catfish with a little hot sauce I will hurt myself eating it.
We hope that your Sunday will be a good one. Stay safe and enjoy because tomorrow is Monday, smile. Oh yeah our Wildcats kicked butt yesterday and left Washington State in our desert dust. Go Cats! Once again I forgot to take our camera to take photos at La Sperenza Restaurant because I was so hurt by the death of Guiseppe.
