Buongiorno!

Buongiorno!

Mood: Cautious! Blessed!

Buon Domenica!  How are you doing? We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good "Caramel Blend" and a second cup will be downed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is another nice morning here in Tucson.

Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she reminded us that today is the annual "Garden District Porch Fest". It is a invite to all to visit the "Garden District". Live bands will be playing and food trucks will be available as well. It is a walk through the our hood and it has been a success in the past. Elise will be posting signs later this morning within the hood. Chris enjoys it with all of the people and various sounds. Come and join us!

My playmate and I are still working on new rocks.

My shorty and I enjoyed a wonderful evening and dinner at the "Coronet" in downtown Tucson. Elise enjoyed two "Dirty Martini's and I downed two "Mojito's.

The menu featured a Tapas  fare. We shared a Barrio Baguette with Butter, South Winds Farm Salad, All Them South Winds Beans, Butter Braised Potatoes and Turnips, Lamb Meatballs with Tomato Curry, Orange Braised Pork Tenderloin In A Ham Hock Broth. For dessert we enjoyed a Tarta De Santiago and we topped it off with some good coffee. It was all good and we brought some home for Sister Jayne. With tip the bill was $173.00 green backs.

After dinner we strolled over to the "Arizona Theater Company" to see the live play/musical titled "My 80 Year Old Boyfriend". It was a one women show and she played both parts. It was excellent and  it received a standing ovation for her performance and the pianist was excellent. We would recommend this one for sure. This play/musical was based on this actually happening to her. We were a little annoyed at the group that was sitting in front of us. It was about six of them and they took off their masks. It was announced before the show began that all guests must be masked during the play. What can you do, eh?

Well I had better go and check on Chris. Have a good Domenica and I will chat at you later. Stay safe.

Hey my shorty is going on a girls vacay starting on Friday. She ,her sister and niece are going to Portland, Oregon. They will return on Monday 11 Oct. So you know what they say when the cats away the mice will play.  Not! Chris and I will be binging  on horror movies and laughing ourselves silly. Ya Mon'.

Ciao....Jessie and Elise
