Good Night!!
This has been some kinda day, let me tell you. Elise stopped at Home Depot and she purchased a new washer dryer that will be delivered and hopefully installed on Saturday. The caregivers will have to use the washer and dryer in the main house until then.
Elise prepared a very nice dinner of soup and sandwich's. I am not packed yet but it is all laid out ready to stuff in my suitcase. Elise was all packed and ready to go this afternoon. I hope that we don't forget anything, smile!
Elise is at the Tucson Women's Chorus practicing. I am caring for Chris and a soon as he is relaxed I will shower and pack up my suitcase.
Bobby is really looking forward to Las Vegas. We are sure that he will have a very good time. We hope that your day was a lot better than ours? Sleep well and we will post when we return from Sin City. Here is a bit more about our Florence trip. Enjoy! Cha Ching, we hope so.

We started our day at 10:30am. We hit our morning routine as usual. We were awakened last night by a bunch of Americans coming home from a disco right up the street. If it isn't the guys across the street keeping us awake, it is the very drunk and very loud Americans. Smile!
We set out to explore and we walked to and though "Parco de la Cascine". We walked for about 9000 meters today. That is a little more than 6 miles.
The park is beautiful and we walked back to town and we grabbed a much need beer. Then we walked some more just taking in the sites.
We walked until I was about to fall over from hunger. We stopped in "Ristorante Pizzeria Lorenzo de Medici. We had a magnificent feast. First we shared a liter of Chianti (very good). Then we had soup that was so good.
Elise had homemade pasta with sausage and ricotta cheese. Yummy! I had pork chops that were very, very good. Elise also had "tripa de leche con fagioli. Which is tripe, bean soup. Elise loved it and I took a few spoons of it and I have to say she was correct. Man it was good! Then it was time for some dessert. We had chocolate gelato, yes we did. Our total bill was 64 euros.
We returned to our B&B at around 5:30pm. We both were full, bushed and our feet hurt, but we enjoyed our day. We are in for the night so we can recover and be ready for tomorrows activities.
