The coffee is a good Breakfast Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a very busy one. I asked her to play some music to cook by, because today is Chefs Day.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be spending a lot of time in the (cucina) today. We will be preparing Chicken Parmesan over (farfalle) or spaghetti. We are having a rough time choosing the pasta. My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with dinner. Maybe we will have some Dairy Queen Soft Serve for dessert, eh?

My shorty and I are going to hit up Park Mall to see the movie "Ezra" this afternoon. It is going to be a good one.
