TGIF

Good Morning

TGIF

Mood: Lonely, smile!

Music listening to: The Thrill Is Gone by BB King (Classic R&B)

How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is testing new sounds for the government this morning but she is carrying a tune nicely, smile. The coffee is excellent this morning. Any plans for today?

My mood is lonely for today and all of this weekend due to Elise will be in Pasadena, California with her sister Ann. So I am a bachelor this weekend, so beware Old Pueblo. I may even hit the casino for a short visit and I do mean a short visit, smile.

Elise and I went to the movies to see about Tolstoy and it was very good and we were glued to the screen and the theater was packed. Later we went to dinner at Flemings and let me tell you it was fantastic, we love it there. We started off with a bottle of a blended red that was was very good. We both had the lobster bisque that was so good with bread and two different kind of spreads. We both got a filet and a lobster tail with green beans mixed with mushrooms. The entree was to die for it was so good and the lobster was sweet as it could be. We both had coffee and a large pastry to share stuffed with apple slices and blueberries and topped with a scoop of ice cream. We also got a bowl of whipped cream that was so good it could have been the dessert all by itself. A great evening indeed. The kicker for the evening was that we bet on the Superbowl and the loser had to buy the bottle of red. It was a win,win situation.

We returned home and after Rosemary left I checked on Chris and we called it a night but we had to stay awake until Elise's sister Ann arrived because she was staying with us overnight prior to their departure for California. Well, I had better get busy. Have a good Friday all and think about old lonesome me and my TV dinners a huge drop from lobster tails, eh? Smile!

Later................
