Super Bowl Sunday!

Good Morning

Mood: I am ready for some Football. Super Bowl Sunday!

Music listening to: Jazzy Loon CD

Go Saints! How are you this morning? I started the day off at 5:20am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. The coffee is on and I am waiting with my cup at the ready. Elise will be caring for Chris this morning as soon as she makes it down from the clouds. Once she hits the floor she will be off and running. Any plans for today? You should not have any at all because it is Super Bowl Sunday.

You should have you Super Bowl meal all planned and of course you should have plenty of beverages on hand. Vino, Jack Daniels, beer, soda and maybe some water? Hey, we are being rained on right now and that is a good thing for us desert folk. We are going to go out for breakfast with Mum this morning to a place called the Good Egg, we have been there many times and the food is good.

Well here is a bit more about our Murder Mystery Dinner that we hosted on Friday as promised:

As the guest arrived at Studio Manhattan I met them at the door with my flashlight in hand. I was the bouncer and I was checking ID's, you can't be too careful about who you let into the disco. One of the guest tried to bribe me with her homemade pasta and it worked let me tell you. Another guest tried to crash the party but with me being the bouncer I had to flex my muscles and strike a pose to get him under control. Another guest flashed a magnum of wine and we became very good friends after I asked Gloria Stunnem if she knew her, and she did.

The music was pumping and we were doing the hustle, and the bump and shaking our groove thang. The club was jumping! The guests were talking with each other and the wine glass were always full, yeah! Chris was the MC and he was enjoying himself very much and was really liking the music. Marv arrived to care for Chris and he gave us a thumbs up and he left with Marv for the night. But before Marv arrived Chris was flirting with the female guests and he is very good at it don't you know?

We all sat down at the table and we began to introduce ourselves. I was John Revolting a New Yorks reigning disco dance champ. Elise was Gloria Stunnem a outspoken leader in the feminist movement. Diana was Diana Rush a chart topping songstress. Sally was Andy Warthog a hip new artist who was creating quite a stir in the art world. Jim was Bruce Leap a international movie star and martial arts expert. Loraine was Lyza M a professional dancer, singer and Broadway producer. All of the who's who was getting busy at Studio Manhattan.

All of a sudden the music stops abruptly when the clubs owner, Jackie Fever, is found murdered in her backstage office. The flamboyant Ms. Fever was fatally stabbed-obviously by someone she knew. So now everyone in the club was a suspect. We started to accuse each other and we were giving reasons why we didn't commit the crime. We were at each others throat and some many secrets came out that it was mind boggling. This bickering went on for hours until we finally found out who committed the murder. What a shock it was for everyone. I was someone that none of us thought could do such a thing ever, unless they had way too many Jack Daniels, smile.

Can you guess who the killer was? If you can please do! I will reveal who the culprit was in our next blog entry. You will be surprised. Well, I had better get back to the real world and check on Chris and get ready to head out for breakfast. Have a great day and enjoy the Super Bowl!

The photos are a few from Studio Manhattan and some of its guests.
