Good Night!
How was your day? Things around here were peaceful and quiet. It was not near as busy as yesterday was. Chris enjoyed big out in the air today for a short while.
Elise and her partner Adavern came in third today at bridge. Elise is fixing dinner. We are having beans with ham and ham hocks, and jalapeno cornbread. It is fantastic! What tops it off is that Bobby prepared this meal a couple of days ago. I sampled some then and I almost hurt myself eating it. So good.
We are watching "Mad Men" on DVD with Chris. It is now 5:30pm. Elise is going through the snail mail. I am caring for Chris this evening, and Elise is in her office.
Elise baked some gingerbread cookies that are wonderful. Soft, light, and special. Yes,they are! Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a great night.
