The Weekend Is Here!

     It's the Weekend! How are you? I started the day off at 4:30am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and about very soon. Any plans for today?

      The coffee is working this morning and I have a banana, pineapple, mango, strawberry, and whey smoothie waiting for me in the fridge. So good!

      Hey, it is raining right now here in Tucson and we are under a winter storm watch for the next few days. Here comes the coughs and sniffles, eh?

      John will be here this morning to care for Chris. We are going to a birthday party this afternoon at Jane and John's house. It is Papa John's b-day. It should be a great gathering with loads of laughs for sure.

      Rosemary will be here this evening to care for Chris. We will be visited by our dear friend Sheila from Douglas, Arizona. We are really looking forward to here stay with us. We will be having dinner this evening at Chad's Steakhouse and Saloon.

      We have not been there in a long time and it will be a big treat for me because my other half is treating me to dinner because she lost our beat about the outcome of the Superbowl. WooHoo! Can you say prime rib? I know I will, smile.

       We saw the movie "Amour" and it was very good and well done. It was very hard to watch and it hit home for Elise and I. It is about and elderly couple who are dealing with the wife's health issues, and also having to deal with family issues as well. It is very powerful movie. It should be the best foreign film of the year. It is just that good.

       Well, I had better get busy. Have a great day and a better tomorrow.
