How are you doing on this holiday morning? I started the day off at 5:30am getting Chris settled for the day. Elise will be caring for Chris this morning after she returns from swimming. It is a nice 70 degrees but very muggy outside. We got some good rain last night with a few thunder boomers as well. We are looking for more today.

We had a wonderful time with Paula and Marty last night at Delectables what a treat. The play that we went to see was called Jewtopia and let me tell you it was hilarious, with laughs galore. It was about a Gentile wanting to pose as Jew to meet Jewish girls. This play presented many of the stereotypes within the Jewish community and faith. It was well done. I did notice along with Elise that some of the material was not taken well by some of the crowd, especially one lady who sat across from us. She rarely laughed or smile but her face showed disapproval of what she was seeing and hearing. Now the two women directly behind her were laughing so hard that I thought that 911 would have to be called just in case personal injury resulted from rolling in the aisles. We enjoyed it very much.

Do you have any plans for today? We are going to dinner at Montana Avenue with Elise's Mom this evening and later we are going to he Costco parking lot to watch the fireworks with the mountains in the background, weather permitting. Well, I had better get myself a second cup of coffee so I can get this day moving. I may need to take something for this tremendous headache that I have as well. Whatever you do today enjoy and stay safe.
