How are you this Friday morning? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is counting hummingbirds this morning but she will take flight soon and start her day. It was sprinkling for a few seconds but now it has stopped. We really need some rain our monsoon season has not been up to par this year at all.

I am on my second cup of coffee and I am starting to get motivated.

We had a very nice evening last night with Jeanne and Angelica. We celebrated her birthday and I believe that she enjoyed it very much. We picked up a nice floral arrangement for her and we stopped of at Cody's Beef and Bean to pick you some dinner. We got two racks of baby-back ribs, baked potatoes, soup, bread and Elise and I shared a half carafe of Burgundy while we waited for our food order. Elise also prepared some country style ribs and baked beans that were fantastic. We pigged out let me tell you.

We threw down a few Jack and Cokes and Jeanne downed a few Wild Turkeys. Angelica made the salad and some very good appetizers. She also made some Flan that was the best that I have ever tasted and we all had birthday cake to top it off. It was a very nice evening and it is always a pleasure to spend time with Jeanne. We returned home and after Brent left we called it a night and rolled off to sleep.

Do you have any plans for today? How about the weekend? Well, I had better get busy and tend to Chris. I have a few errands to run this afternoon and we are staying in today with no plans, weird for us, huh? Have a great day and a better weekend.
