Monday Morn

How are things going? I started the day off at 5:20am caring for Chris. Elise is counting Bobcats this morning, but she will be up and about soon. It is a nice 79 degrees right now but we are supposed to hit 108 today and we still need rain. The coffee is always extra good on Monday mornings, eh?

I have to run a few errands this morning but other than that nothing planned at all. We had a very peaceful Sunday here in the desert. We didn't go out to breakfast due to Elise gave a talk at a church about Chris and his life for the the during the past 15 years. We had a very nice dinner with Elise's Mom yesterday. Elise prepared baked beans, and we had grilled Knockwurst with all of the fixings. Elise's Mom had a ice cold beer and we had vodka tonics.

After Elise took her Mom home we played bowling on our Wii and that was a lot of fun. Rosemary arrive to care for Chris and we went to the movies to see Bruno. Now this is a movie not for kids at all and it was so very funny. It is totally out of the box and several people left the theater in disgust. Elise and I enjoyed it very much. We returned home and we continued to play Wii.

After Rosemary left I checked on Chris and we called it a night. We hope that your Monday will be a good one.
