Buon Mercoledi! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:15am caring for Chris. Elise is at the entrance to her cave this morning so she will be up and about soon to start her day. Any plans for this St. Patty's Day?
The coffee is a good Pacific Rim Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a good breakfast. It is a mild morning here in the valley of Tucson. We will be hitting the 80's soon. Maybe I can get in some porch time soon, eh?
Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be another busy one for me and my shorty. I will be getting a Covid vaccine this morning at 8:00am. Also today is Chef's Day. I will be cooking up some Irish grub today. I need to check to see if I have enough (birra) on hand to help me with todays meal, smile!
