Buon Sabato! How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny moning here in Central Tucson! Any plans for today?
The coffee is a combo Italian Roast and Hazelnut Blend, and a second cup will be downed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is going to jammed packed with tasks to complete. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina) once again tossing around pots, pans, skillets, and a libation or two. We will be preparing Polynesian Seasoned Pork Loin Chops in the Air Fryer. My Sous Chef will be preparing Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Peas as the side. She will select the proper libation to go along with the meal. Are you getting hungry yet? Of course you are.
We have a 10am Pistol Range appointment at the 'Hub" this morning. We will be trying out some new and different targets this morning. Mia Moglie is really looking forward to having go at the new targets.
This afternoon we will be playing "Wii" games as well. We have been terrible at it lately.
