Buon Domenica! How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Italian Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. Alexa is awake and she said that today is "Chefs Day". I asked her to play some music to cook by.
We enjoyed a wonderful late lunch with our daughter Tangye and Dave at the "Parish". A Cajun restaurant. The food was delicious. Dave and I enjoyed "Catfish" and fries. Tangye enjoyed "Frog Legs", Gumbo with Crawfish and Hush Puppies. Mia Moglie enjoyed "Frog Legs", cornbread, and Red Beans and Rice. Thank you Tangye and Dave for a very nice lunch.
Yes, my Sous Chef and me will be in the (cucina) again tossing around pots and pans.
The meal is going to be T-Bone Steaks on the Grill and Baked Potatoes. My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the dinner. My Sous will also be baking some (loaded) Banana Bars today as well.
