Good Morning
Mood: Cool, Cold.
Music listening to: Stay With Me Tonight by Jeffery Osbourne
Brrrr! How are you this Sunday morning? I started the day off at 5:25am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise still in never-never land but she will be up and following the yellow brick road to start her second day of 2011. Any plans for day two?
The coffee is good and hot this morning and that is a good thing. Well we started the New Year with a busted evap pipe due to the bitter cold. Also on New Years Day a water pipe busted at the house that I own on the east side as well. Is that a sign that this year is going to be costly? We hope not, smile. We are glad and blessed that we are here to see 2011.
We went to a New Years Day at a friend of Elise's house and it was a great. Our hostess is a very free spirit and I love that about some people. It was a very nice crowd there and the snacks were great and of course we had a glass of red. We chatted with her for a while and she gave us a tour of her home and past and present is very interesting and she has a wonderful family, very eclectic.
We left the party and we stopped at Sunflower to pick up some hot dogs for dinner. We got home and Elise prepared our dinner of hot dogs, kraut, and mashed potatoes. It was delicious, and of course we had more red. We watched some more episodes of "Prime Suspect" and it is very good and it leaves you wanting more.
Elise called it a night and I checked on Chris and I called it game over as well. So the 1st day of 2011 was not too bad at all. We are going out for breakfast with Mum this morning to IHOP and this evening Mum wants to go to Red Lobster for dinner.
Later...............
Tiger, Marcie, Jet have a relaxing day.
JT, are you still here in Tucson.
We want to thank everyone for the very nice greetings, cards, emails and phone calls for the New Year, may your year be blessed.

I love the graphic at the top of the page. Who is the artist? Is it a poster, a painting?
OK - you've already had your back luck for 2011. It's smooth sailing from now on!
