It's a Monday be on the lookout! I started the day off at 5:15am caring for Chris. It is a brisk morning only 45 degrees. Elise is still floating in outer space this morning but she will touch down soon and she will kicking bootie, smile. Any plans for today?
The coffee is great and I am on my second cup. I am thinking about some scrambled eggs with sharp cheese. No plans for today as of yet but it is a Monday. The movie was very good last night. It was the "Hearafter" by Clint Eastwood starring Matt Damon it was well done.

It's about 8:30am and we are wake but not up yet! We get dressed and we head out to find some breakfast. We walked to a place called "The Toast of the Town" to eat breakfast, it was about a six block walk from our hotel. Elise had oatmeal with bananas and pecans and whipped cream on top. I had an omelette that was really fluffy it was almost a souffle. I also had hash brown casserole that was very interesting and very good.
We finished eating and we walked to the Visitors Center and got info about Louisville as well as 2 tee shirts. We returned to our hotel and we got into the Focus and we headed to Newport, Kentucky to see the Aquarium. Right across the river is Cincinnati, Ohio. We enjoyed walking around the Aquarium and looking at all of the fish. I even rubbed the back of a shark and that was great and a bit scary as well. We spent the majority of the day there.
We left and we arrived at Nancy and Ron's home and we unloaded the Focus and we settled into the spare guest room that was great. We sat around and we down some red well a lot of red between the four of us. Nancy prepared a chili from chicken with beans, chile's and eggs. I was fantastic. It was served with cornbread, salsa, chips and guacamole, that Elise loves. After dinner we sat around talking and drinking, it was a good time. We received a phone call from Nanci Saksek to say that Sara had her twin boys, Jack and Henry. Sara was carrying almost 13 pounds of baby, and she is doing OK. Now the fun begins, eh? It is now 10:30pm and it is time to call it a day. It has been a very good day and a fun evening.
