TGIF! How are you this morning? I started the day off at 4:50am caring for Chris. And you can guess that Elise is still counting geckos this morning but she will be up and jumping about shortly. Any plans for today?

Elise is have her marathon bridge group over this afternoon. After Marv arrives this evening to care for Chris we are going to the Invisible Theater to see a one man show called "Einstein" it should be good because it is sold out and we plan on getting there early to get a good seat. After that we are going to Applebees for a light dinner before we return home.

We had a fantastic evening in the foothills with Jeanne and Angelica, they are wonderful hostesses. We sat around talking and throwing back a few Jack and Cokes, and Angelica made herself a bloody mary mix cocktail without any alcohol in it. We played a few hands of bridge before dinner and that was fun. Speaking of dinner what a spread, let me tell you.

We had salad, assorted breads, baby back ribs, baked beans with pineapple chunks in it, veggies and for dessert ice cream with Heath bars and Kahlua. Excellent dinner and we were stuffed to the gills. I got a very nice poster of our beloved Wildcats from Jeanne's son Dave it is very nice. We called it an evening and we returned home. I checked on Chris and we called it a night.

Well, I had better get myself another cup of coffee and I am going to have a hot-cross bun to go along with it that Elise bought for me yesterday. Have a good day and great weekend.
