It's a TGIF! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is stirring around in her cave this morning but she will be on the go very soon. Any plans for today?
The coffee is good and I think I will have a small slice of ham for breakfast. Chris is chatting up a storm this morning already. Always a good sign.
I have a couple of errands to take of this morning. I am also going to start painting the eaves in the front of the main house today . I will start before it starts to really heat up. We are almost done with the main house. Next we will tackle the block walls to complete the project.
My playmate and I went to see the movie "Nice Guys" yesterday and it is hilarious. After to movie I had to get the Fiat 500L Trekking washed due to it was looking really bad. After the car wash Elise and I went to Home Depot to pick up more paint.
We had a wonderful evening last night at the "Mercado" San Agustin, near downtown. We met up with Paula, Marty, Shoo, Stu, and we were introduced to a very nice couple by Paula and Marty.
It was a good evening of great people watching, assorted drinks, snacks and of course vino. Yeah! We had a great dinner at the "San Agustin" restaurant. The food was really good with gluten free choices, vegetarian choices, and a nice selection of appetizers and entrees.
It just happen to be Shoo Shoo birthday. So we belted out a birthday tune for her and she was presented with a very, very good slice of carrot cake that we all enjoyed very much. We forgot and left Shoo Shoo's birthday card and gift at home. So Shoo and Stu dropped by on the way home to pick it up. What a wonderful evening!

This evening Elise and I are going to hit up "Cody's Beef and Bean" for the Friday night special. It is the T-Bone special with all of the fixings. Of course we will enjoy a carafe of Burgandy with our meal.
Well, I had better get busy and get Chris settled so I can paint some more. Have a great TGIF! Enjoy the day and be careful and keep your eyes on the prize.
