Buon Lunedi!  How are you doing?  We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Hawaiian Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a clear, 59 degrees here in the valley of Tucson.

Jackie will be here this morning to care for Chris. Rosemarie will be here to give Chris a massage that he is looking forward to. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is going to be super busy. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

Hey, Chef's Day was very delicious. My Sous Chef had a good time in the (cucina) yesterday! Sorella Jayne enjoyed the meal as well. Baked Center Cut Pork Chops, Jasmine Rice, Green Beans, Baby Carrots. For dessert we enjoyed (loaded) Pound Cake that was delicious. Enjoy, we did for sure!
