Buona Sera!

How are you doing on this Christmas Monday? We are good but we are playing catch up on a few things.

Chris has not been feeling well today. He has developed a cough and a wheeze. He is not congested but when he does cough it takes a little doing to free him up. We have paid special attention to him. We are also monitoring his temp and 02/Sat. I am caring for him tonight and he is resting. His appetite is not good so he will be (NPO) tonight. He is downing his supplemental drip right now. He is watching football on TV. My shorty is in the main house watching football as well.

Another issue with the caregiver. She should have changed Chris's Texas Cath and she did not. His clothes were soaked. So, I cleaned him up and changed his cath. Once again this is something that should have been taken care of during her shift.

We started a movie on Netflix titled "Invitation". It is very good and Chris loving it and so are we. We were watching a movie about "Shakespeare", and he complained about it from the very beginning, so we changed it.

We had a very restful staycation in Tempe and Scottsdale. I will post about it on a day-by-day basis. Here is what happened on 23 Dec. 

We had a little bit of a hard time finding our hotel, but we finally did.

We stayed at a place called the "Moxy". It is a very nice retro hotel that is part of the "Marriott" hotel family. When we checked in, we were given a room upgrade. That was very nice. Have a look at our room. Prior to us checking in we went to see the movie "Puss in Boots" and it was very good.

Well, I had better check on Chris. Get a good night's sleep so you can be ready for Taco Tuesday.
