How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is in her cave again but she will be up shortly caring for Chris. The coffee is good and I had a donut o go along with it and it was very good. Any plans for today?

We are going to the "Egg Connection" for breakfast with Ann and Eddie this morning. They spent the night with us. They came up yesterday evening to join us for dinner at "Casa Vicente" and to attend the Arizona Theatre Company with us as well.

We enjoyed our dinner very much and here are a few of the items that we shared along with two bottles of red wine. We started out with some bread that was very good and then we had diced potatoes in hot sauce and a mild sauce.

Then we shared the following; Croquetas de Jamon,Vieras Marineras, Montado de Lomo, Large prawns, Berenjenas Salteadas, Sliced beef, Small shrimp in a spicy sauce. We got a second order of the Large prawns because they were so good. I just snapped off the head and sucked out the juice from the head prior to eating the body. It is so good. Ann and Elise refused to deal with the head but Eddie and I we went to town.

We also had coffee and a few different desserts to include a rice pudding, orange ice cream and flan that(Mum) would have loved. After the meal we went to see "Daddy Long Legs" a musical that was outstanding and they deserved the standing ovation that was given. We returned home and we all called it a night. For the most part it was a good evening.

Well, I had better get busy and start to get things set up for next week. We are going out for dinner this evening with Paula and Marty, Stu and Shoo Shoo. We are meeting up at Zemems for some good food and vino. Rosemary will be here to care for Chris. Have a good day.
