It's the Weekend! Sup? I started the day off at 4:45am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will up and about soon. Any plans for today?
The coffee is good and a bowl of cereal with strawberries is on deck. It is a bit windy this morning here in Tucson, but it feels good.
Bobby will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemary will be here this evening. My playmate and I had planned on having dinner this evening at "Casa Vicente". We were looking forward to enjoying (tapas) before we went to see the play "Romeo and Juliet" at the Arizona Theater Company.
I believe that are plans will change due to our "Wildcats" beat "UCLA" last night in Las Vegas. Our Cats are in the final game against "Oregon" tonight at 8:05pm. If the Cats win they will be the PAC 12 champions. Go Cats!
Elise, Bobby and I had a wonderful evening last night at"Cheddar's". A new eatery that opened up in January. The place was packed and the lines and crowds were out the door.
We hit up the bar for a margarita while we waited for a table to become open. It took about 20 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress was excellent.
We placed our orders and among us we had the triple threat sampler, hickory smoked baby back ribs,cornmeal catfish, grilled tilapia with mango salsa, buttered off the cob corn, red beans and rice, broccoli cheese casserole, and more Texas margaritas. We were stuffed and could barely get up to leave. Yes, it was that good. I am going to write a review and put it on "Trip Advisor". We will be returning to "Cheddar's again very soon.
Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a great weekend.
