It's a Thirsty Thursday! How are you? I started the day off at 4:40am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be up soon and headed for the pool. Any plans for today?
The coffee is good and hot and my orange, whey, spinach and cucumber smoothie is in the fridge. It is a nice 44 degrees this morning but we are looking at a big drop in temps over the next few days.
Angelica will be here this morning to care for Chris. Pam will be here and around 10:30am to give Elise and Chris a massage. Rosemary will be here this evening to care for Chris.
Our Wildcats beat Stanford last night, WooHoo! Cats. We had a wonderful evening last night at the "Dish" with Paula and Marty. We started off with a nice Pinot named "Meiomi". It was a well blended red.
Elise and I shared a spinach salad and a huge bowl of steamed mussels. I was delicious. Paula had artichokes and polenta, and Marty had a salad and shrimp crab cakes. We shared a gingerbread dessert that was very good.
I have to tell you that the "Meiomi" was so good that we bought a bottle to take home and so did Paula and Marty, it was just that good. After dinner we went over to the Loft to see the documentary titled " Tchoupitoulas". It was about three brothers who missed the ferry boat back home so they roamed the streets of New Orleans and the hot spots such as the French Quarter. It gave you a good look at the goings on at night there. It was interesting and Elise remembered being and seeing some of the places in the movie when she, Ann and Sara were there. Elise even remembers riding the ferry boat that was in the film as well. It was a very interesting movie through the eyes of three brothers.
We returned home and Elise hit the sheets, and I checked on Chris and we called it game over. A wonderful evening. Well, I had better get to it. Have a great day.

I'll be gone for about 10 days, skiing in Lake Tahoe. I will miss your blog but will be able to see all I missed when I get back.
