Buon Giovedi! Sete Giovedi!  How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:20am caring for Chris. Elise is at the entrance to here cave and she is stirring about so she will be up and on the go soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Butter Toffee Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a good breakfast. It is another nice morning here in Tucson but it is a bit warm.

Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be very busy for us. I asked Alexa to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

After breakfast my shorty and I will be getting the Tacoma washed inside and out. After that we will be making a trip out to the airbase to look around. We will also be stopping by the "Roadhouse Cinema" to pick up some movie tickets in advance.

We will be working on rocks today and we will drop off at the Cortez location and at "Gus Balones". Hopefully we can pick up a few while we are at Cortez. Here is what are (keeper) rock collection looks like. Enjoy!

We will try to get in some "Wii" games today. We will be having take-away from Leo's for dinner. Yes we will say margaritas a few times.

Wednesday is going to be Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will prepare Catfish and Fries. On Saturday we will meet up at Ron and Nancy's home for a gathering that we haven't had since Covid. It will be good to see the monthly gang again.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Cup Cafe" downtown yesterday. It was good to get together with my girlfriend Shoo Shoo, Paula and Marty. We enjoyed a good meal and the dessert was fantastic. It was a Lemon Meringue Pie that is to die for. Our son-in-law Carlos is the Exec Chef at the Cup. He came out to greet us at our table. Hopefully we can so this again soon.

Now for some sad news. Chris's caregiver Marv last day is tomorrow. He is retiring and leaving Tucson. He has been with us for way over twenty years and he will be missed for sure. We wish him the best.

Buon Mercoledi! Hump Day!  How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise popped up with me this morning like a Pop Tart from the toaster to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Peruvian Light Solar Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a nice morning here in the valley of Tucson. The fur-babies are loving it.

Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one. I asked her to play some "Fusion Jazz" for me today.

We will be meeting up at the "Cup Cafe" for lunch with Paula, Marty and my girlfriend Shoo Shoo. It will feel good to gather again. It has been way too long. We will not be making a trip to the Cortez location today. Truly Nolan will be here this morning to spray around both houses on the outside.

Today will not be a Chefs Day due to having lunch downtown. Sunday will be the next Chefs Day. Hey, I had a dream this that woke me up. It was a interesting dream that involved Sister Jayne's Mum.

Well I had better get this Humper moving forward. Chris is going to the zoo this afternoon. Stay safe and I will chat at you later.

Hey my shorty brought back some Short Rib Bites with fries and salad for dinner. It was very good and the (birra) was ice cold.

Did your day go well? It was another problematic day today. I tried to take a nap but the didn't happen because the phones and texts kept coming in. So I ran some errands that  I needed to do.

I went over to Chris's house to take care of some mail and bill paying. I noticed some issues with Chris's care that I had mentioned before but the problems are still there. Chris is going to be taken to the zoo tomorrow and I am starting to worry about that already. Hopefully it will go smoothly because we will not be at home at the time.

My playmate is at The Lodge on The Desert this evening. She is meeting up with one of her book clubs. I have my knife, fork, spoon and napkin at the ready for the dinner that she will bring me back. I have a nice ice cold Modelo Negra in the fridge. Ya Mon'.

Chris is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip. I made a trip over to the Cortez location this morning. Here is what I picked up and dropped. Enjoy. I also dropped some rocks in the hood.

Mood: Cabin Fever Is Still Knocking!

Buon Martedi! Taco Tuesday!  How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is at the entrance to her cave this morning and she is stirring about so she will up and on the go soon. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Cinnamon Blend courtesy of my fidanzata and Capo Jim. A second cup will be downed later today. It is a nice morning here in the Garden District.

Hopefully the caregiver will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a very busy day today. I have to play catch up from yesterday. I asked here to play some (Boney) for me today.

We will be picking up Chris's van from the shop this morning and I need to venture over on the eastside as well. We are looking forward to our lunch at the Cup Cafe in downtown Tucson tomorrow. We are meeting up with Paula, Marty and my girlfriend Shoo Shoo.

My shorty and I are still working on new rocks. I will be making a trip over to the Cortez location this morning to drop off and pick up. I will also be dropping some rocks in the hood today.

As for me I slept like a log last night. I need to tackle my medical classes soon before I get calls to remind me that they are due. Have a good Taco Tuesday and stay safe I will chat at you later.

How are you doing this evening? How did your day go? It has been a busy and stressful day for me. Yes a long day. I have developed a pounding headache. I took some meds for it.

My playmate prepared corn on the cob for dinner with mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and celery sticks. We watched "Better Call Saul" on Netflix with Chris.

I am caring for Chris tonight and Elise is in the main  house watching to news. Chris is watching TV and enjoying his supplemental drip.

I started a new rock today and my shorty is still working on one the she started a few days ago. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day for me. I am going to try to catch up on the things that I had planned for today. Hopefully the caregiver shows up tomorrow.

Have a good night and sleep well so you can be ready for Taco Tuesday. I am going to try  to sleep soundly tonight.

How are you? I hope better than I am. Yes, it is a true Monday here in Central Tucson.

I had my day all planned as a matter of fact I planned it last night. It has all changed, but we did get Chris's van to the shop for routine servicing. The problem is that the caregiver is a a no show due to a issue at her home. So I am caring for Chris this morning. I had planned on getting online to start one of my three medical continuing education classes. I  have three of them to complete, but I won't because I am pissed off to the point I have to wait to start them on another day. Isn't that a true Monday?

Here is picture of my friend that greeted us this morning after we dropped the van off. Cute, eh?

Hope that you day is going better than mine is? Chris is relaxed and waiting on Rosemarie to give him his massage in a little bit. I will chat at you later.

The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a nice morning here in Tucson. It is heating up here in the desert.

Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemarie will be here to give Chris a massage. As usual he is looking forward to it and I don't blame him. Ya Mon'. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.

My playmate and I are still working on new rocks. We will not be going to the Cortez location today. 

Hey yesterday was a Chefs Day and the meal turned out great. My shorty and I were both stuffed to the gills. We enjoyed Southern Style Collard Greens with Kale and Shredded Neck Bones. My Sous Chef prepared cornbread that was delicious. She also prepared a dessert of Soft Serve Ice Cream topped with fresh Raspberries. You can see why we were stuffed, eh? We also enjoyed several cocktails to boot! The next Chefs Day will be on Sunday. Here is what lasts nights dinner looked like. Enjoy! We did.

How are you? We are good and full from having a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection". Elise is caring for Chris and I soon will be doing some clean up work behind Chris's house. I will also be restocking for next week.

We dropped off and picked up at the Cortez location. We will work on new rocks later today. Elise is working on a very hard one and I am sure that it is going to take a few days to complete. Here is what we dropped and picked up. Enjoy!

Our short stay-cation was very nice and we both needed it. We got plenty of rest and sleep. We enjoyed our video game fest a lot. We enjoyed going to the theater. We saw "Godzilla vs Kong" and "Those Who Wish Me Dead". They both were very good and hopefully we can get back into going to movies on a regular basis. We missed it bigtime.

We also enjoyed a good dinner from "Serial Grillers". The food was pretty good. Elise got a pizza and I got a burger. We also enjoyed a good breakfast at the "Hungry Fox". We meet up with our niece Sara and my (cognata) Ann, Elise's sister. It was good to see them out and about.

Hey our dinner is coming along very nicely. The Southern Style Collard Greens are mixed with Kale. I also shredded some neck bones to add to the pot. I took all of the meat off of the neck bones and the fur-babies are going to be in for a treat over the next few says. The Sous Chef is going to hook up some cornbread. She is also going to present a dessert as well. Are you hungry yet? You should be!

Buon Domenica! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:30am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is way deep in her cave this morning but she will pop up to start her day soon. Any plans for today?

My day started early due to the fur-babies were barking like crazy behind Chris's house. I got up to take a look and it was coyote walking around in the easement. I banged on the window and he took off.

The coffee is a good African Blend from Diamond Resorts. Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to take care of today. I asked her to play some Music to cook by.

Today is a Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be back in the kitchen banging pots and pans. Smile! We are preparing "Southern Style Collard Greens" with Neck Bones and Cornbread. This is going to be good, eh? The Sous Chef will decide on what libation we will have with the meal. The Sous Chef is also going to hook up some dessert as well. Yummy!

We are still working on new rocks. We will visit the Cortez location this morning on our way to the "Egg Connection" for breakfast. 

We had a very restful stay-cation at Diamond Resorts Suites. I will post more about the stay-cation later today. Have a good Domenica and I will chat at you later.

We had a nice surprise visit from our nephew Zack and his wife Marylu. It was good to see them and we got all caught up on the latest.

We will be making our way this afternoon for our stay-cation at Varsity Suites here in Tucson. We will be there until Saturday. We will be having a video game-fest today. On Friday we will venture out Park Mall to finally hit a a movie. WooHoo! We will also have breakfast out on Friday and we will be joined by my (cognata and niece).

Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one. She said that I have several tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some (Boney) for me today. Speaking of (Boney) we bought tickets for his concert in November in Chandler, Arizona. We will be joined by Sheila and Dave for this one. Boney James is my favorite Jazz Artist and his concerts are get up and dance.

Today is "Chefs Day" but we put it off until Sunday due to we are having a sit in dinner this evening at "Leo's". Of course margaritas will be served, smile!

I will dropping by the Cortez location this morning to pick up. Have a good Humper and I will chat at you later.
