The coffee is a good "Donut Shop Blend", and a second cup will be downed at "Gus Balons", along with a good breakfast.
We got some lightening and thunderboomers, and wind last night and not a drop of rain. What is going on with the (Monsoon?) Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is Chefs Day. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, my Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina) again smoking it up and tossing around pots and pans. The meal for today is going to be "Jerk Rotisserie Chicken", with Parmesan Risotto". My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal.

We will be dining out tomorrow at "La Parilla Suiza" for Happy Hour. Yes, there will be margaritas. After that we will make our way to the Live Theater Workshop, to see the live play "She's Out of Her Rind". Should be a good one.
