Buon Domenica! How are you doing? It is nice, clear morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Pikes Place Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection", along with a good breakfast. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous and I will be in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans.
Today's fare will be "Pot Roast with Yukon Golden Potatoes, with Carrots and Onions". My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal. I know that youa re getting hungry right?
We will be watching our Kansas City Chiefs play the Eagles this afternoon. It is going to be a good game. Go Chiefs. My shorty may wear her Chiefs Jersey during the game.

Well, our evening at "Le Rendezvous French Restuarant" was outstanding. We were joined by my (fidanzata and Capo Jim).
The restaurant was packed. Here is what we enjoyed there.
My selected libation was a Side Car. Capo Jim selected a Bobby Burns, Mia Moglie selected a Dirty Martini, and my fidanzata selected an Herbal Tea.
Mia Moglie and IO selected a Salade de Poires Pochees. Capo Jim and Mia Fidanzata selected a Salade de Betteraves.
For the Main Entree Capo Jim selected a Saumon le Rendezvous, Mia Fidanzata selected a Veggie Melody, Mia Moglie selected a Cabrilla Grenablois, I selected Mignons de Veau Au Calvados. It was excellent.
For dessert Mia Moglie shared a Grand Marnier Souffle, Capo Jim and Mia fidanzata shared a Chocolate Souffle. We shared the Souffles between us and they were heavenly. We also had coffee all around. We were in heaven here on earth.
