How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is being lulled by the sound of chirping birds this morning. She will be up and taking flight herself soon. The coffee is good and I am thinking about a slice of toast or two to go along with it.

Kecia will be here this morning to care for Chris and I just might take myself a nap and try to catch up on some sleep. I do need to get some paperwork done but I will do it this afternoon sometime. Well, I had better get this party started. Have a good day and take it slow and easy.

I hope that you day was a good one? Things went pretty well here today. I got all of my errands done and I stopped in to check on having some tees made here in Tucson for Wild Awesome Enterprises. I will pass on what info I got from All Star Imprinting to the owner of the our company.

Chris and I spent a lot of time outside today walking and sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbirds fly about. Elise prepared one of our favorite dinners tonight. We had cornbread, pinto beans, green peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Very good.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is playing bridge at her Mum's house. I am starting to feel really tired and I think I need some additional sleep. Well, I had better get back to Chris. Have a pleasant evening.

It's another Monday so beware!! How are you doing so far? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is still counting Easter eggs this morning but she will be up and at soon.

We had a very nice time yesterday up in the foothills home of Cathy and Susan. Elise's sister Ann and her crew were there and we all ate very well. We had ham, smoked sausages, beets, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads, danish, cake, and of course vino and coffee. Rosemary was going to be with us but she got called to work with a client so she missed a great meal.

We returned home and Rosemary cared for Chris. Elise and I went to the movies to see "Hot Tub Time Machine", it was very funny indeed. We returned home and I relieved Rosemary and I checked on Chris. After Chris was content we called it a night. We hope that your Easter was a good one?

We, I have to run a few errands today and make several phone calls. Have a great day and a better tomorrow.

Happy Easter! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is caring for Chris this morning. It is a very nice morning and it is about 50 degrees out, with a high today of around 84 degrees.

We are going up into the foothills for Easter dinner a tradition within the family. Rosemary is going to be joining us for dinner today and Chris will like that. We had a very restful day yesterday at least Chris and I did. Elise hosted a marathon bridge session in the main house. Her and her Mum lost due to not having good cards, similar to bad cards Jeanne and I had a couple of days ago.

We had cheese crisps, and tamales for dinner last night along with a couple of beers. We watched Meet The Morgans on Blue Ray and it was pretty good. We also played some golf and tennis on the Wii, which is always fun. Well, I had better get myself together and grab some coffee to jump start the day.

How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:30am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is caring for Chris this morning. Any plans for today? We are going to go out for breakfast with Mum this morning. We are going to Gus Balones and the food there is very good.

I have to run a couple of errands this morning so I will get those done while Elise is caring for Chris. I believe that is about all that we have planned for today. We played games on the Wii yesterday and that is always fun. I remember the name of the DVD that we watched the other day. It was called "The Impact Man" it was suggested to us by Paula and Marty and it was good and very different.

Marv took care of Chris last night and we went to Colors for a couple of Jack and Cokes. After that we went to the Live Theater and we saw a play called "Picnic" and it was very good. It was a William Holden, Kim Novak movie back in the day. The actors were very, very good. After that we were going to go to Applebee's but we changed that and we went to Buddy's Grill instead. We have not been to Buddy's in a while and the food is a good as ever. We shared a bottle of red, of course. We both had the pork chops, potatoes, veggies and applesauce. We also shared a shrimp cocktail with the best sauce in Tucson.

We returned home and I checked on Chris and we called it a night. Well, I had better get myself ready breakfast. Have a wonderful Saturday.

TGIF!! How are you doing this Friday morning? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is still counting our desert creatures this morning, but she will be up and on the move soon. Any plans for today or the weekend?

We went to see the movie "Alice In Wonderland" in 3D and it was pretty good. Kecia cared for Chris yesterday and that gave us a chance to take a break. Elise prepared breakfast for dinner last night and it was very good. We had pancakes, sausages, syrup and of course we had hot coffee.

We also watched the movie on DVD about doing without the many things that we think that we need. Such as, plastic bags, electricity, cars, meat, etc; This couple did without for a year and it was very interesting and it did cause a few problems though. Very interesting show. Can you do without toilet paper for a year? Really?

Later we played a word game on the laptop and we played for hours. We have not played a game on the laptop in quite some time. It is something that we do on our stay-cations and mini-vacations. We are going to Colors tonight for a drink or two before we go to Live Theater to see a play called "Picnic". After the play we are going to Applebees for a late dinner and a bottle of red, smile.

Meltdown Averted

Good Morning Again,

My meltdown has been averted. Elise returned from swimming with a bunch of coffee filters and she even brought back some coffee. It's a miracle, the day has been saved by Elise. Wonderful! Even Boots has stopped growling at me and now she wants me to rub her tummy. I will but not until I have that first cup of coffee and a hot crossed bun.

How are you on this April Fools Day? I started the day off at 5:30 am caring for Chris and then it happened. I am now in a full fledged emergency mode because I have no coffee filters to make a pot of coffee. I am considering to call 911 or send a distress signal out to Starbucks. What are we going to do this morning? Maybe the Bat signal will do it? Help!!!

Elise is up and out swimming this morning but before she left I told her about this emergency and I hope that it does not hinder her workout. Boots is inside with me this morning and we are growling at each other, this is a true emergency let me tell you. How is your day going so far? Any plans for today?

I have to run a few errands today and we are going to go to the movies this afternoon when Rosemary arrives to care for Chris. We had a wonderful evening last night with Jeanne and Angelica. We played bridge and it was a lot of fun even though my partner Jeanne and I lost badly and we had to pay up. Our dinner was superb. We had KFC, mashed potatoes, gravy, bread, an assortment of veggies and appetizers. We washed it down with Jack and Coke, Jeanne had her special drink and Angelica made her special non-alcoholic drink. For dessert we had Flan and brownies that were great. It was a very nice evening and we are very thankful to have been there.

We returned home and I checked on Chris and we called it a night. Well, I had better try to get a move on. I am sniffing coffee beans right now, I have it bad. Have a good day and stay safe.

How are you feeling this morning? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is up and about in the main house, surprising isn't it? Smile! Any plans for today? How did you sleep last night?

I have to run a few errands this morning. I will get those done while Kecia is here caring for Chris. It is a very nice day out already and the birds are singing away. It is supposed to make a drastic drop in temps tomorrow. It is going to only in the 60's tomorrow and for the next few days. Do I really have to put away the shorts and the short sleeves? NOT!!!

We are going to visit Jeanne and Angelica this evening in the foothills for bridge and some dinner and of course some Jack and Coke. Well, I had better get this day rolling along. Have a great day and continue to move forward.

Another good day in the Old Pueblo. How about yours? Chris and I spent more time outdoors today in the 86 degree heat and it felt very nice. Elise went to the doc today to check on her ear problem and no infection is present. He gave her a script and told her what she needed to do for it. Hope it works quickly.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise at her book Club meeting at the Bangkok Cafe. I cannot wait to see what she will bring me back for dinner. I am looking at another hot crossed bun right now but I will control myself, I hope! Well, I had better get back to work with Chris. Have good evening all.

What is up? I started the day off at 5:35am caring for Chris. Elise is up and about ready to go on a early morning walk. The coffee is on and I am waiting on the first cup. I am also think about a hot crossed bun to go along with it this morning.

I have a few errands to run this morning after Kecia arrives to care for Chris. I also have to catch up on my reading in my Psyc class before I listen to the next lecture. That is about all I have planned for today so far and I guess that is enough for today. How about you?

Erika, so good to hear from you guys. Your summer plans sound really good, I have been to Spain and I enjoyed it very much. I sent you some photos of the tees today.

Herman, how is everyone? I got a text from Jerome yesterday saying that they were buying their plane tickets on Saturday for there visit to see us in May during the Memorial holiday.
