Buon Martedi! Taco Tuesday! How are you doing? It is a nice, cloudy morning here in Tucson. We have a few sprinkles this morning. Maybe we will get a good rain today. Phoenix had a (haboob) yesterday. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Colombian Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina) preparing "Swiss Steak with Egg Noodles". My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal. Do you like Swiss Steak?
We will be taking the "Pearl" in for her 5000-mile service. Next week we will take the "Bellezza Nera" in for her 10,000-mile service.
The plumbers are now working on the main house master bathroom. It looks like a war zone in there.
