How are you doing? It is a very nice, sunny day here in Tucson. Any plans for today? 

The coffee is a good Mountain Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later today. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete this afternoon. I asked her to play some "Contemporary Jazz" for me today.

Well, my annual Wellness Check went very well. Woohoo! I do need to hit the treadmill more often though to make up for all of the movement that I did with Chris. Chris kept me fit as a fiddle, smile!

I completed my visit to the Honey Baked Ham store. We will be eating good on our Thanksgiving Day. We will also celebrate Thanksgiving here on the 30th with the family. Hopefully no drama will rise up, smile!

Mia Moglie and I enjoyed a nice filling evening last night at "Oregano". We enjoyed our "Moretti" birras with our pizza. We completed two crossword puzzles while we were there. We like to sit up at the bar so we can watch the bartender work his or her magic.

I stopped by my girlfriend Shoo Shoo home yesterday as well. I went to return the chairs that we borrowed from her. She should me her gaming on her laptop. She is playing slots on it, and she loves it. That makes me happy, and she is feeling a bit better.

Well, our "Chiefs" won yesterday as well. The games are being won by a point. Scary!

My girlfriend (Flo) was here for a nice visit this afternoon. It is always good for me to spend time with my girlfriends. She brought me a treat. It is a nice milk chocolate bar.
