Good Night All,

Well, it has been a restful day for me today. Brent arrived to care for Chris. While Elise and Chris received their massage I went to bed and I rested. Later Elise and I went to see a movie called Whip It and it was very good.

After the movie we returned home and we played Wii for a while. After that we went to the Skybox for dinner. We meet Jeanne and Angelica there and it is a nice place and the food is great. We returned home and I am going to relax until Brent leaves for the evening and then I will call it a night. Susie and Vicky went to see the movie The Stoning of of Soraya M and Susie confirmed that the movie was accurate and that is the way of the male population in Saudi. It is a powerful movie!

How are you doing this morning? I started the day off at 5:45am caring for Chris. Elise is up and out swimming this morning. Any plans for today? Elise and Chris will be getting a massage this morning. Brent is planning on taking Chris to one of the parks here in Tucson to feed the ducks. Elise and I may go to the movies this afternoon as well, but I am not sure as of yet.

We went to the pre-gathering of the High School reunion last night and it was very interesting to see some of the people that Elise knew during that time. Susie did a great job of planning this and it turned out very well I thought. It was different and awkward for me because I only knew a few of the people that were there, but it made Elise happy that I went along even though I wasn't feeling well at all. The food was good and I took it easy and I didn't consume and drinks except tea. We will be going to Douglas, AZ for the formal reunion at the Douglas Country Club, on Saturday.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a good day and stay safe. Try to stay away from the flu, it is very nasty this year.

How are you on this fine Hump Day? I am a bit under the weather this morning a continuation of last night. I started the day off very early by making numerous trips during the night to the bathroom. It got so bad that I was considering to take a pillow into the bathroom with me and prop it up against the wall and I was going to park there. I don't have clue at how this developed at all. Flush, flush. flush after a while has a musical tone to it, smile.

I am caring for Chris this morning and Elise is sawing logs and I am sure that I disturbed her sleep last night with my dashes to the Lou. I have a nice hot cup of coffee and it is not sitting well at all. Not my coffee, say it isn't so. I have to run to my office this morning and turn in some paperwork. Our friend Susie gave us some wonderful gifts from Saudi and I am planning on taking a few photos and putting them on our blog. She is a dear friend.

We are supposed to go out for Mexican food this evening with Susie and I am not sure how that is going to go with my stomach problems. I love Mexican food and a Margarita or two, what a dilemma, eh? Well, have a good Hump Day and stay safe.

Well another good day here in Tucson. How was yours? After Brent came to care for Chris, Elise and I went to the movies to see The Stoning of Soraya M. Elise and I were awe-struck at this movie. It was about what the punishment brings in the Eastern World based upon religion or is it really control?

Soraya was said to have committed adultery and the issue was followed through and set-up by her own husband. It is a movie that will stay in our minds for some time to come. A few people got up and left the theater, some were shedding tears and sobs. It is a real eye-opener indeed, powerful but very sad. WOW!

Elise fixed breakfast for dinner this evening. She made waffles with syrup, sausages, and hot coffee. Delicious. I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise just left to play bridge at her Mum's. Our visitor Susie is out visiting family and friends.

Well, I had better get back to work with Chris. Have a good night.

How are you? I started the day off a 5:45am caring for Chris. Elise is up and out already this morning swimming. It is a cool 63 degrees this morning and a bit breezy. I am on my second cup of coffee to take the chill off. Any plans for today?

Our good friend Susie is visiting us from Saudi Arabia, it is always good to see her and to have her stay with us. Susie tells us some fascinating sorties about the customs of Saudi and her life there.

This afternoon Elise and I are going to the movies after Brent arrives to care for Chris. Well, I had better get to it and get this day moving along. Have a good day and stay safe, happy and healthy.

Well, it has been a very slow day here in the Old Pueblo and I am not one to complain about that. Elise and I played a few games of bowling on Wii and we also played Lawn Darts Wii is a lot of fun and it really gives you a workout.

Elise prepared a very nice dinner tonight. She fixed something that I have not has in many years and it is a favorite of mine. I am talking about Sloppy Joe's, I love it. We also had carrots and pickles. It was great and I am stuffed.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is playing bridge at her Mum's. It is a nice 77 degrees right now and it is very nice. Well, I had better get back to work with Chris. Have a great evening and stay safe.

How are you? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. It is 68 degrees out and the birds are singing away. Elise is up and fixing something for breakfast. Any plans for today? I have to run a couple of errands this morning but other than that not a thing planned.

Speaking of planning Elise and I booked a 5 night cruise for the Baja on Carnival Cruise Line. We are looking forward to it because we went cruising a few years back and it was great. We had a very nice day yesterday. After breakfast out with Elise's Mum we returned home and Elise cared for Chris. At around 12:30pm Rosemary arrived to care for Chris and we went to a going away party for one of Elise's Yoga group members. It was held at one of the homes of the Yoga group members on the far east side of Tucson. Beautiful home!!

Later we went to see the movie Invention Of Lying and it was different and very funny. We returned home and Elise made a homemade pizza that was great. We washed it down with a couple of cold beers and we watched a DVD the Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and it was pretty good. After Rosemary left for the night I checked on Chris and we called it a day.

We hope that your will be a good one. Take it slow and easy it is a Monday, smile.

How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:50am getting Chris settled for the morning. Elise will be caring for Chris this morning. It is a nice 62 degrees out and very still. The coffee is nice and hot too.

We are going to go out for breakfast this morning with Elise' Mum. We are going to go to the Hungry Fox the place with the double yolk eggs. It is a very nice country styled eatery and the food is very good. I have to run a couple of errands this morning after breakfast and I will gas up the Spectra.

We had a very nice time last night at Marie Callendar's for dinner. Elise had the tri-tips, skewered shrimp, and mashed potato's with bacon. Elise's Mum had their famous pot pie, and I had the fish and chips with a small cup of bean soup that was great. We shared their to die for cornbread and we shared a bottle of red. For dessert Elise's Mum got a slice of blueberry pie and french vanilla ice cream. We also purchased a whole lemon pie for Chris to enjoy as well.

We returned home and a took a short nap and Elise read. I checked on Chris after Rosemary left for the evening and then we called it a night. We are going to a make an appearance at a party this afternoon and then we may go to the movies. Rosemary will be caring for Chris this evening. Have a good Sunday and enjoy.

How are you this Saturday morning? Well, I started my day off early at 3:00am, due to Lampchop barking at something. So I got up to investigate and I saw nothing, so now I am wide awake. Included in my investigation I found out that it is raining, could it be? Yes, it is raining in the Old Pueblo. Is the monsoon going to restart? I am dragging and I am in need of some coffee. Elise is counting sheep, goats etc.

After Marv arrived to care for Chris last night we went to Colors for a couple of Jack and Cokes and that was very relaxing. After Colors we went to the Live Theatre to see a play called the Unexpected Guest by Agatha Christie. It was very good and it had you guessing about who was the culprit in this whodunit. The ending was a total surprise and a typical Christie venture.

After the play we went to Buddy's Grill for dinner. We both had their famous pork chops. Elise had a baked potato and veggies and I had the potatoes Au gratin with veggies. We shared a bottle of red called Single Palm a Cab out of Santa Rosa, California. It was very good and the bottle was nicely done. After dinner we returned home and I checked on Chris and we called it a evening.

Elise will be caring for Chris this morning and I will see if I can catch a short nap. We are going out to dinner this evening with Elise's Mum after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris. The rain has stopped,no surprise there but it may start back up again. Have a good day and enjoy the weekend. I am going to start the coffee pot and grab a couple of Tylenol for this headache that I am now starting to get.

TGIF, how are you? I started the day off at 4:45am due to barking dogs again this morning so I just stayed up since I was wide awake now. I began to care for Chris and Elise is letting the snoring rip, but she will be up and at it soon. It is a very nice 57 degrees right now and a little brisk.

We got some bad news yesterday, Brent Chris's caregiver will be leaving us at the end of October to care for his parents. We will miss him very much and all the joy that he brought to Chris's life. Brent has been one of his caregivers for over 3 years. So the process continues in our search for good caregivers.

I have to run a couple of errands today and I have to make a stop at Sunflowers to check on a wine purchase. We are going to out this evening after Marv arrives to care for Chris. We are going to Colors for a couple of Jack and Cokes and then we are going to the Live Theatre to see a Agatha Christie play. After that we are going to Buddy's Grill for a late dinner. It should be a good relaxing evening. Well, I had better bounce, have a good Friday and a great weekend.

How are you on this Thursday morning? I started the day off at 5:35am caring for Chris. Elise is up and about early this morning. It is a nice 61 degrees out with a slight breeze. The coffee is good but I put it on late this morning and that is rare for me, smile. Any plans for today?

After Brent arrives to care for Chris this afternoon we may go to the movies. We are worried that we may be losing Brent due to personal family problems. We hope not because he is really good with Chris. Elise and Chris will be getting a massage this morning and while that is going on I will run a couple of errands.
