    It's a Sunday! How are you doing? I started the day of at 4:40am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over post haste to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is good and no smoothie or salad today. Elise and I are going to bounce to the "Egg Connection" for breakfast. I am thinking about country fried steak and eggs. Yeah!

    I have to run an errand this morning after breakfast. I am also going to give my Kia Sport a good washing today. I picked it up yesterday after some normal routine servicing. 

   We had a wonderful evening last night at "Tavolino's" in the foothills of Tucson. It was a African send off Happy Hour for Jane and Papa John. They will be heading for Africa for a 16 day getaway.

   Our Tavolino's outing include Jane, John, Marilyn, Shoo, Stu, Bobby, Elise and mio'. Tavolino's is a very nice hidden gem here in Tucson.

   The food was excellent and it has the best Happy Hour menu in Tucson. We started of with an assortment of cocktails to include a couple of "Moretti la bionda birras for me. I love that Italian beer.

    The table was loaded with Margherita pizza, Salciccia pizza, burrata pizza, mista salad, pollo salad, zuppa, an assortment of stuzzichini,that included arancici,farinata,foraggi, and salumi. It was all good!

   We topped it off with and assortment of sorbets and gelato's. We cleansed the palate with Grappa and Limoncello. 

    Wow, we are going to return to "Tavolino's very, very soon. The photos were taken during our meal and our faces tell the story that a fantastic evening was had by all. We wish Jane an Papa John a safe and memorable trip to the continent of Africa.
