It's A Monday!

   It's a Monday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:45am caring for Chris. Elise is really deep in her cave this morning. The echo's are not getting out at all, she is really in there. I may have to blast to get her going this morning. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is great and I am thinking about a nice icy banana smoothie with whey. It has been awhile since I have had one of those.

    It is going to be a busy day today. Chris will be visited by his Case Manager this morning before noon. He was to have a Cranio appointment this morning but that was moved to tomorrow at 11:15am.

    We are still playing catch up from our Jamaica trip. It is rough coming back home and getting things back to the norm, eh? I am still going through photos and I will start to post some of them very soon.

     We had a very nice evening of good food, great vino and friends at Zemams last night. We met up with Paula, Marty, Shoo, and Stu (the crew). It is always a pleasure to see them and to catch up on the latest happenings.

     Well, I had better grab another cup of coffee and get this this day moving forward. Have a good one and stay safe.
