TGIF!! How are you doing this Friday morning? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is chug,chugging along but she will be moving at record breaking speed shortly. Any plans for today and the weekend?

This evening Elise and I are going to be tattooed, yes you heard right,Ouch!! We are also going out to dinner at Pastiche after Marv arrives to care for Chris. After dinner we are going to the Invisible Theater to see a live play.

We had a very nice evening last night at La Placita with Paula and Marty and a group of about ten of us. We saw the classic movie the Thin Man and and let me tell you it was great and a nice crowd was there. The weather was perfect and we even got a extra treat while we watched the movie. There was a guy who was about two sheets in wind watching the movie and he really enjoyed it a lot. He would clap and laugh and whenever the dog in the movie would move the guy would get up and walk toward the screen. You could tell he was a dog lover, smile. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you Paula and Marty.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a good day and stay safe.

How are things? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is up and about this morning heading for her workout. It is a nice 61 degrees this morning and the coffee is great and I am thinking sausage biscuit again, smile. Any plans for today?

Chris and Elise will be receiving a massage this morning from Pam. I will be visiting the imprinter while the massages are going on. Elise and I are going to the movies to see Date Night this afternoon after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris. We are also going downtown this evening to see the movie The Thin Man a classic. We will see it outdoors with Paula and Marty and a host of others. Can you say snacks and Margarita? I can and will, smile.

I want to thank everyone for your comments about Bella striking a pose in our H1N1 tee. I have received many emails and they love her, thank you. Well, I had better get busy and continue to get Chris's day rolling along. I also have to make a stop at Fry's to pick up some tuna so I can make my killer dip for tonight while we watch the Thin Man. Have a great Thursday and remember today is just a stumble to the weekend.

Another day has bit the dust, and it has been a good one. A hot one,but a good one. We just returned from having a nice dinner out with Mum, and we are all stuffed like a teddy bear.

Mum had her favorite chicken pot pie, salad and ice cream with chocolate sauce. Oops can't forget the coffee. Elise had salmon that was excellent. I had fried shrimp, baby backs, mashed potatoes and a cup of tortilla soup. We washed it down with a bottle of Pinot. Even Mum had a couple of glasses of vino and she liked it a lot.

We returned home and I checked on Chris and Rosemary. Elise hit the sheets to read, I am sure that she will be calling all hogs very soon. Well, we have a new addition to the Wicked Awesome Enterprises family and her name is Bella and she is adorable let me tell you. She is now our up and coming model for our tee designs and she is a heart throb. Thank you Bella and we thank the turtle as well, smile.

Well, tomorrow I will be at the imprinter giving the final go ahead on our new tee. It is going to be a winner. I had better check on Chris again and then I will call this Hump Day to a close. Have a great evening and a better tomorrow.

How are you on this Hump Day? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is floating down a river this morning but she will be ship shape and on the move soon. Just got a call from Chris's caregivers daughter to say that her Mom could not come in this morning. I could hear her in he background and she does not sound good at all.

I am on my second cup of coffee this morning already. I have to run to my office this morning to turn in some paperwork. We are going out to dinner this evening to a place called Marie Callendar's, one of Mum's favorite places for pot pie. They have some very good fish and chips there too. The topper is they have half price bottles of wine on Hump Day and that makes us do jumping jacks.

Well, I had better get busy and do that thang! Have a good day and remember it is Hump Day the week is almost over and the weekend will be here soon.

Well, the day is about over and done with. It has been a pretty good one, except Chris's caregiver didn't show up today. We found out the she had been hospitalized for back pain and her relative was supposed to have called us to let us know and he didn't. She was in the emergency room all day long until she was able to give us a call.

Chris and I spent a lot of time outside today and he watch me water the trees and plants and I trimmed the ivy on the main house. I must tell you it was hot out in the 90's and the sweat was pouring.

Elise prepared a great dinner of waffles, sausages, and hot coffee. It was great to have breakfast for dinner. I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is playing bridge at her Mom's. We watch a few episodes of Mash with Chris this evening it is his favorite show. Well, I had better get back to caring for Chris. Have a wonderful night.

The coffee is very good and I am thinking about a biscuit from Mickey D's. Well, I had better get this day moving. Have a good one and be careful out there.

The day has come to a close and it has been a good one. Chris and I spent a lot of time today outside walking and people watching. I have to trim the Ivy on the front of the main house very soon.

Elise prepared a very good dinner this evening. We had chili, injera, cottage cheese, tomatoes, red peppers and carrots. We washed it down with Gatorade. Did you fall out of your chair? Smile! No vino today for us.

No bridge game for Elise tonight so she is catching up on her email. Well, I had better get to work with Chris. Have a great evening.

It's another Monday, beware! How are you? I started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Elise is still floating down the river but she will be high and dry soon and getting her day started. Any plans for today?

I have a couple of errands to run today. I also have to get Chris ready for visits by two of his case managers who will be here this morning for a visit. One will be here at 8:30am and the other at 10:00am. So I had better get myself another cup of coffee and get busy.

I also will be contacting the imprinter for our company Wicked Awesome Enterprises about a new tee design that we have come up with referring to the new immigration law here in Arizona. See Ya.

Well, the day has come to an end and it has been a good one. As a matter of fact everyday since my b-day has been wonderful. I shared it with family and friends and tonight was the topper. We meet Paula and Marty at Zemems for dinner and the food was great. We downed a bottle of Flying Fish Merlot and then Paula and Marty popped open a bottle of champagne that was very good. Everyone toasted to me and my birthday and that was very nice indeed. It was a great way to end the weekend. Paula and Marty thank you so very much.

We returned home and Elise hit the sheets to read for a while. I watched a little TV until Rosemary left for the evening and then I checked on Chris. So now I will hit the sheets as well and call it a night. Again I want to thank everyone for the gifts, emails, telephone calls and the pleasure of your company sharing this blessed day with me.

Sunday Fun Day

How are you on this Sunday morning? I started the day off at 5:30am looking in on Chris. Elise is caring for Chris this morning. It is a nice 55 degrees out this morning and we are supposed to have a windy day. I just finished grinding up some coffee beans and the kettle is on. Elise just came over to get Chris's day started and our newspaper delivery is late today.

I went back out to check to see if the paper had arrived and it had. I dropped the paper off on the dining room table and I noticed that no lights were on in the main house. So I looked around and I heard a fog horn blowing to warn ships at sea. Yep, you guessed it Elise was back in the sack, but she will be up again in about an hour to continue caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

After Rosemary arrived last night we left to have dinner at Lorraine's home. We had a very nice time and her home is very colorful and very cozy, we loved it. Jim made us some very good and potent Margaritas, can you say Ole'? Dinner was superb and we were stuffed to the gills. It was a very nice evening and we enjoyed every moment of it. We are going to go out for breakfast with Mum this morning to the Egg Connection. Later in the evening after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris, Mum, Elise and I, will meet Paula and Marty at Zemems for dinner. I can taste the teff (Injera) already. We love Ethiopian food!

Well, I had better check on Chris to see how he is doing. Have a wonderful Sunday and a great upcoming week.

How are you? I started the day off at 5:30am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is caring for Chris this morning. It is a very cool 41 degrees this morning and the coffee is just perfect. Any plans for the weekend?

We had a very nice visit yesterday from my son JT, it is always good to see him. We also had a wonderful evening with Nanci and Jeff. It is good to hear how things are going with their everyday and to hear about what is new up at the property in New Mexico. We guzzled down a couple bottles of red with our dinner. We had salad, grilled steaks, and baked potatoes. We even had dessert that consisted of a second birthday cake for me with ice cream. More candles too!

I have to run a few errands this morning while Elise is caring for Chris. We are going to visit Loraine and Jim for dinner this evening after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris. Should be lots of fun. Well, I had better get busy and get this Saturday moving along. Have a great day and enjoy.
